According to the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit and Residence of Vietnamese Foreigners and Law 2004/2005. 167/20 13/ND-CP, the Vietnamese entry-exit administration department is responsible for checking visas held by foreign citizens. If the purpose of entry does not match, a fine of150,000 to 25 million VND will be imposed, and the country will leave within a time limit. If the circumstances are serious, they will be fined and deported.
