National organic tea production base, China's top ten famous tea demonstration tea gardens. Located in Jingxiyuan Town, Jiexi County. Surrounded by Pratt & Whitney and expressway, it is 25km away from Jiexi County and 35km away from Jieyang City. It is a comprehensive scenic spot integrating ecological tea garden, tourism, conference and leisure. Construction started in February 2003 and opened in June 2004.

The overall planning area of the resort is 10072 mu, of which the core area is 52 mu. The Tropic of Cancer runs through this territory. The five tides of jade, light, mirror, jade and cup surround the five mountains of clouds, dragons, jade, pines and peacocks, with pavilions and winding paths leading to secluded places, with lakes and mountains set off.

Based on the development idea and functional orientation of "looking up at the sky and enjoying life and leisure", the resort is equipped with various tourist facilities according to the six elements of "travel, transportation, housing, food, entertainment and shopping". There are more than 20 scenic spots in the main area, such as Jingming Great Wall, Water World, Animal Ornamental Garden and Jingming Pagoda, which concentrate the essence of the natural landscape and tourism resources of the resort and reflect the main features and functions of the resort. The "special scenic spot" area mainly includes Jingming tea garden, teahouse, Chashan gallery and other scenic spots, which shows the profound connotation of China tea culture.

Jingming Tea Garden: Covering an area of 2,500 mu, the terraced ecological tea garden has planted more than 20 fine varieties such as oolong tea. It is the first modern tea production base in the province integrating planting, production, processing, sales, tourism and scientific research.

Water world; Covering an area of 2,200 mu, there are 9 different types of cruise ships, such as Italian gondola cruise ship, animal boat and water bike.

Animal Ornamental Garden: Covering an area of 1 10 mu, there are more than 80 species of birds such as Siberian tiger, black bear, red panda and peacock.

Jingming Great Wall: Located in the middle of Jingming holiday trees, it is built in imitation of Badaling to Shanhaiguan, with a total length of 1.6km. Some disciples of the Tang Priest went to the Western Heaven for Buddhist scriptures, and there were eighteen arhats.

Multifunctional service center: an entertainment center with facilities such as hot spring leisure area and golf driving range, and a food center with China folk songs and trendy tastes. There are 258 rooms (sets) of all kinds of guest rooms and No.8 villa, Jingming Cultural Square with more than 2,000 seats and multifunctional conference halls with different styles that can accommodate nearly 1,000 people at the same time.

Xinhong Village: Xinhong Village is located at the northwest edge of Jingxiyuan Town. The total population of the village is 5847, which consists of 23 natural villages. Cultivated land area 1620 mu, mountainous area of 7250 hectares. In 2009, the annual net income of farmers was 4,329 yuan. Jingming Hot Spring Resort, a famous national tourist attraction of AAAA, is located in the jurisdiction of Xinhong Village. Jingming Hot Spring Resort covers an area of 1 10,000 mu, of which the lake area is 1.200 mu, 2,200 mu of ecological high-quality tea, 800 mu of rubber forest and 600 mu of citrus forest are planted, and a modern tea garden has been built.
