You can apply all over the country, but in some places foreigners can only apply for group visas, and only locals can apply for visas. So what's the difference between a group visa and a group visa?

Hong Kong and Macao Pass Group visa refers to the visa for a team organized by a travel agency to travel to Hong Kong and Macao, and individual visa refers to the visa for visiting relatives, business, non-group travel, schooling, employment, training, medical treatment, funeral, litigation and other special reasons.

For group signing and individual signing, you need to report your name, gender, date of birth, place of issuance, ID number, departure time and contact number to the travel agency one day in advance, and then the travel agency will report to the customs system, and you can go through customs clearance normally the next day. However, there are no restrictions on individual visas, and you can pass the customs at any time with a certificate.

The G sign of the Hong Kong and Macao Pass becomes a personal endorsement, with G being the personal initials, L being the travel endorsement and L being the travel initials. Team travel L sign and individual travel G sign are divided into three-month endorsement, three-month endorsement, one-year endorsement and one-year endorsement, and each stay in Hong Kong or Macau is no more than 7 days.

At present, the G sign of personal travel endorsement can only be applied to registered residents in municipalities directly under the central government and provincial capitals, commonly known as free travel. Other residents who wish to travel to Hong Kong and Macao can only apply for L endorsement. L sign is a group tour, they must go to the entry and exit port to buy a list of group tours.
