Jinshan Binhai International Cultural Tourism Resort has not been cancelled. According to relevant public information, as of November 30, 2022, the 2022 Shanghai Bay Area City Promotion Conference to transform new development and create a new image will be held. Jinshan District Transportation Commission said: Jinshan Binhai International Cultural Tourism Resort is located in the south of Jinshan District and the north bank of Hangzhou Bay. It is one of the first 30 major tourism projects in Shanghai’s 14th Five-Year Plan. The project is still under planning and has not been cancelled. Jinshan Binhai International Cultural Tourism Resort is a resort centered on six major functions: leisure and vacation, culture and entertainment, specialty commerce, business exhibitions, ecological demonstrations, and coastal life.
