Article 14 The management institution of Wuyishan National Park shall establish a joint protection mechanism with the local county (city, district) people's government and its relevant departments, township (town) people's government, neighborhood offices and village (neighborhood) committees, hold regular coordination meetings, and work together to formulate and implement relevant systems such as national park protection norms, conventions and articles of association to study and solve related problems in protection, construction and management; Jointly deal with illegal acts that destroy natural resources, human resources and the natural environment according to law.

Wuyishan National Park management agencies should establish inter-provincial cooperation and protection mechanisms with neighboring provinces, strengthen information communication, information sharing and law enforcement cooperation, and do a good job in inter-provincial ecological environment protection. The specific plan shall be formulated and supervised by the provincial people's government.
