What if you get sunburned?

I travel and play with my friends. Although I heard that the destination is the plateau, it should be no problem to think of an altitude of more than 4000 meters. As a result, after I went there, I didn't say anything and my face got tanned. The sun is shining, the sweat is dripping, and the wind is biting. I really can't stand it. Although the scenery is gone, my face is peeling. What should I do?

1. What should I do if I get sunburned during my trip?

Go to the plateau without sunscreen? The skin ages early!

When traveling to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, many "donkey friends" will proudly show the contrast on the Internet: before entering Tibet, their skin was fair and ruddy, and after returning from Tibet, their skin was dark and shiny under the "caress" of the plateau's intense ultraviolet rays. In order to show that they are "not girls", some male "donkey friends" will also mark them in contrast: no sunscreen.

Wang pointed out that people with dark skin will look older than their peers with light skin. In fact, more than 90% of premature skin aging can be attributed to excessive sunlight exposure. Traveling to the plateau, beach and desert with strong sunshine, if you don't wear sunscreen, it is tantamount to deliberately aging your skin early.

How to judge that the skin is sunburned? Wang pointed out that sunburn can cause burning, itching or tingling. Mild 1~2 days, the rash can gradually subside, with desquamation or pigmentation.

Some time ago, a picture of an African player getting sunburned in China was circulated on the Internet. On this African brother's dark upper arm, there is a piece of skin that is obviously darker. "Black people are less likely to get sunburned than white people and yellow people." Wang pointed out that people with light skin color are more prone to sunburn because there is less melanin in the skin, which can absorb ultraviolet rays and prevent ultraviolet rays from penetrating into the dermis.

"Sunlight exercise" on the skin helps to reduce sunburn.

There are many ways to prevent sunburn, such as wearing sunscreen, long-sleeved clothes, umbrellas and hats. Wang Jianyi suggested that the skin should be gradually "sunburned" and the melanin in the skin should be moderately increased. Simply put, it's a slightly darker tan.

For the "homebodies" who rarely touch the sun, the initial exposure time can only last for a few minutes, and then gradually increase, which can increase the melanin in the skin, thus strengthening the defense ability against ultraviolet rays and playing a protective role.

It is most important to repair "cold wet compress" after sunburn.

What should I do after sunburn? Wang suggested cold and wet compress first. Dip a piece of cotton in ice water and apply it on your face for about 15 minutes until the skin returns to its original color and temperature. Then, clean your face with mild cleanser and apply some moisturizing gel.

It is important to supplement vitamin C after sunbathing. Vitamin C can inhibit the growth of melanin. Vitamin c tablets should be taken in the diet in addition to oral administration. There are many fruits and vegetables containing vitamin C, such as tomatoes, lemons, cucumbers, carrots, kiwis, apples and oranges. Eating more of these fruits and vegetables can keep your skin healthy and fair.

If the sunburn is serious, especially if blisters appear on the skin, the most important thing is not to apply any products to avoid rubbing the skin to avoid the blisters from bursting. You can try dipping makeup remover cotton in ice water, gently patting your face to cool your skin, and see a dermatologist as soon as possible.

Conventional treatment: sunburn blisters and wet compress.

1. For patients with erythema, no blisters and pain, 2.5% indomethacin solution (pure vinyl alcohol, propylene glycol and dimethylacetamide, the ratio is19:12) can be applied externally.

2. If there are many blisters and exudates, 2% ~ 4% boric acid solution can be used; Wet compress with milk (milk and water 50: 5) or physiological saline (one teaspoon of salt dissolved in 500 ~ 600 ml of water) for no more than 20 minutes each time and no more than 3 times a day until the blister is dry. Most blisters do not need treatment.

3. Sunburn and itching can be treated with oral antihistamines or painkillers: cyproheptadine 2 mg, 3 times a day; Chlorpheniramine 4 ~ 8 mg orally, three times a day; Cismin 10 mg orally once a day. The analgesic is aspirin 1 g orally, three times a day; Take 0.25-0.5g paracetamol orally four times a day. Severe sunburn can be treated with oral prednisone 10 mg, three times a day for 2 ~ 3 days, but it should be applied within 36 hours after sunburn, which can relieve redness, swelling and heat pain.

Traditional Chinese medicine theory: Sunburn is "Yang toxin invading from the outside, and summer toxin invading from the inside"

Wang said that Chinese medicine believes that sunburn is caused by "yang poison invading from the outside and summer heat invading from the inside, resulting in poor drainage, burning the skin and sagging the skin". The treatment is clearing away heat and toxic materials, which should be combined with external treatment.

If the skin is red and has erythema, it is necessary to clear away heat and relieve itching. Can be washed with Sophora flavescens, Cortex Dictamni Radicis and Rhizoma Bletillae. For patients with erythema without blisters, or with small blisters that don't rupture, 30g of Sophora Flavescentis, 30g of Taraxacum, 20g of Flos Chrysanthemi Indici or 30g of Sanguisorba officinalis and 30g of Portulaca oleracea can be decocted in water and then wet-packed, 30 minutes each time, 3-4 times a day, and every day 1 dose. Or use Sanhuang lotion for external application, 1~2 times a day.

If the swelling is obvious and the blisters are broken, 30g of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, 30g of Sanguisorba officinalis, 20g of Cortex Phellodendri, 30g of Galla Chinensis 15g, and 30g of Radix Arnebiae can be decocted in water twice, and then decocted into 500ml, and then cold-compressed 1 5-20min each time, and cold-compressed1time every 3 hours for continuous treatment until the blisters are dry.

The blisters are large, so whether the lotion is used or not, we should pay attention to strict sterility to prevent infection. When cleaning the skin after sunburn, it is best to use weakly acidic cleaning products that meet the PH value of the skin so as not to irritate the skin, such as using baby soap or soap-free baby bath milk to clean the skin. 2. Precautions for summer skin care

Focus on skin care in summer 1: hydrating

When the temperature rises in summer, skin moisture is easy to evaporate. In order to keep your skin moist, you should drink enough water. In air-conditioned rooms, you should use moisturizing skin care products and drink plenty of water, which can also effectively avoid skin drying and aging due to lack of water. After cleansing, you can apply some nourishing cream, or cover it with cucumber and apple slices. You can also make some fruit, honey and milk masks and use them 1-2 times a week to keep your skin fair and moist.

Summer skin care focus 2: clean skin

In summer, the secretion of sweat and sebum increases, and the metabolites on the skin surface increase. Excessive sweat leads to decreased skin acidity and weakened disease resistance, which is most likely to lead to various skin surface infections, folliculitis and furuncle. Coupled with high temperature, prickly heat and summer dermatitis will appear on the skin. Therefore, in the hot summer, the most important thing to protect the skin is to keep the skin clean and take a bath regularly to avoid excessive sweat and secretions irritating the skin.

Summer skin care focus three: pay attention to sun protection

Going out in hot summer is easy to be hurt by ultraviolet rays, and too much damage will cause skin diseases.

In hot summer and sunny days, too much ultraviolet rays from the sun do great harm to the skin. Although ultraviolet rays can kill bacteria on the skin surface, too strong ultraviolet rays will destroy skin cells, make the blood vessels on the skin surface dilate and congest, and even cause cell edema and exudation, leading to skin diseases such as skin cancer. In summer, long-term ultraviolet radiation enhances the instinctive defense function of the skin, and a large number of pigment particles gather in the basal cell layer of the epidermis to resist ultraviolet radiation, which leads to the skin becoming darker, which is called "tanning".

So in summer, people's skin looks darker, especially women, and there are often many pigment spots on their faces. Freckles and chloasma become more obvious, which has a great influence on appearance. Therefore, when you go out in summer, you must remember to take care of your skin. You can wear a sun hat and apply sunscreen lotion to exposed parts. Try to avoid outdoor activities under the scorching sun, or sunbathe for no more than 2 hours before noon and at 3 pm.

Focus on skin care in summer: first aid for skin pain

This situation has almost reached the point of scalding, and the only first aid is ice compress without any skin care products. If your hands and feet are sunburned, you can use a towel dipped in ice water to wrap ice cubes until your skin feels comfortable. When the sunburned skin is relieved, in order to prevent the skin from being dry and tight, or even chapped and unable to put on makeup, water should be added at this time: first moisturize it with foam cream when taking a bath, and then rinse it off later. Then, apply moisturizing cream containing moisturizing ingredients to the face, and gently press the face with your palm to promote the skin to absorb moisture. Do this a few times, and the skin will regain its original moisturizing ability.

I often walk outside in summer, and my skin will be particularly red. So how can I alleviate this situation?

At this time, it is necessary to apply a cotton pad dipped in emulsion, preferably alternately, until the skin feels cold. In addition, with the redness of face and nose as the center, apply it slowly with emulsion and ice cubes. Moisturize with emulsion after application.

When the skin is burned by strong sunlight and feels burning, you can put the lotion in the refrigerator to cool, and then take out the condensed ice cubes and apply them. If conditions permit, you can also use a mask rich in water to relieve it.

Seven points of skin care in summer: Do not use sunscreen before makeup.

Sunscreen should be used as a last step and should not be used before makeup. MM with makeup habits needs special attention.

Eight points of summer skin care: wearing sunscreen does not mean that everything is fine.

Usually, the sunscreen cream is applied to the skin at a dose of 2 mg per square centimeter, which can achieve the due sunscreen effect.
