According to the Education Law, teaching in colleges and universities must have a bachelor's degree or above, so in principle, a bachelor's degree is acceptable.

However, most colleges and universities require a master's degree or above, and many key universities even require doctors. Most of the undergraduate courses are higher vocational colleges (and these colleges are often not very good).
