According to the "Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions in Zhejiang Province", Hangzhou West Lake State Guesthouse has decided to openly recruit staff from the public. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Introduction to the unit

Hangzhou West Lake State Guesthouse is a production and operation institution affiliated to the Security Bureau of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee. It is located at No. 18 Yanggongdi, Hangzhou City.

2. Recruitment plan

This time, we are recruiting 12 people for 9 positions. For specific recruitment positions, number of people and recruitment conditions, please see the "List of Recruitment Positions at Hangzhou West Lake State Guesthouse" (Appendix 1).

Applicants should meet the basic application requirements stipulated in the "Interim Measures for Public Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions in Zhejiang Province" condition. Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:

(1) Those who have been criminally punished, reeducation through labor, or juvenile corrections;

(2) There are criminal suspects that have not yet been investigated;

(3) Those who have been dismissed from public office;

(2) Registration and qualification review

1. Registration. Registration time: September 1st to September 3rd (8:30-16:00). This recruitment adopts on-site registration method. Applicants can directly go to the recruitment unit address to register within the specified registration time.

3. Qualification review. Qualification review will be conducted simultaneously at the registration site. Those who meet the registration requirements will be issued admission tickets by the recruiting unit.

There is no minimum examination ratio for the positions of human resources manager and landscaper. If the number of qualified applicants for other positions is less than three times the planned recruitment number, the recruitment number will be reduced or the recruitment plan for the relevant position will be cancelled. (3) Examination

The examination time is scheduled to be in mid-to-late September, and the location will be determined separately. The specific time and requirements will be notified separately on the designated website.

The examination is conducted separately according to the recruitment position categories (management, professional and technical positions, and work skills positions), and consists of three parts: a written examination, a professional skills test and an interview. The full score for each part is 100 points.

The written test (using paper A) for management and professional technical positions accounts for 40% of the total score, the professional skills test accounts for 20%, and the interview accounts for 40%.

The score of the written examination (using Paper B) for work skills positions accounts for 20% of the total score. Skills test accounts for 40% and interview accounts for 40%.

1. Written test

Paper A includes "Hotel Service and Management Knowledge" and analysis of classic hotel service cases. The content of Volume B is "Hotel Service and Management Knowledge". "Hotel Service and Management Knowledge" is a textbook recommended by the Personnel and Labor Education Department of the National Tourism Administration and published by Tourism Education Press.

2. Skills test

All applicants will participate in the skills test. It mainly tests the job skills and level of candidates.

After the skills test, based on the written test and skills test scores (converted according to the proportion of the total score), from high to low, the list of interviewees will be determined in a ratio of 1:2 to the planned number of recruits for each position.

3. Interview

The interview mainly tests the applicant’s basic professional knowledge, business philosophy, analytical judgment ability and comprehensive transaction ability. The minimum qualifying score for the interview is 60 points.

After each examination, the candidates will be shortlisted based on their comprehensive scores from high to low in a ratio of 1:1 to the number of recruits.

(4) Physical examination and assessment

The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" (revised).

The assessment shall be conducted in accordance with the "Zhejiang Provincial Civil Servant Recruitment and Inspection Work Rules (Trial)" and in conjunction with the specific requirements of the recruitment position.

If there are any candidates who fail the physical examination and assessment, they will be filled in from high to low among the candidates shortlisted for interview.

(5) Public announcement of personnel to be recruited

Our unit will determine those who have passed the physical examination and assessment as the personnel to be recruited, and will publicize them on the hotel website within one week after the assessment. . The publicity period shall be no less than 7 days.

After the public notice period has expired, if there is no objection to the personnel to be hired or if there are problems reported that will not affect the employment after verification, the recruitment and employment procedures will be handled in accordance with the prescribed procedures.

4. Benefits

The recruiter signs an employment contract with a public institution in Zhejiang Province (including a probation period) with the recruiting unit, and it is included in the establishment management of the unit.

In the event of system reform after signing the employment contract, positions, benefits and other related matters will be studied and decided according to relevant policy provisions.

5. Description of related matters

1. If the applicant has any objection to the recruitment announcement itself or the relevant information published on the designated website, he or she can report it to the Provincial Human Resources Bureau within 5 days from the date of announcement. Report the matter to the Human Resources Management Office of the Department of Social Security and Public Institutions or the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Provincial Security Bureau for timely correction.

2. The identification and handling of violations of disciplines and violations during the assessment shall be carried out in accordance with the "Regulations on the Handling of Violations of Violations of Discipline and Violations by Personnel Examination Candidates in Zhejiang Province" (see Zhejiang People's Society Fa [2011] No. 79).
