Tourist routes from Chengdu to Zhangjiajie

From Chengdu, take the Hurong Expressway-Huyu Expressway to Zhangjiajie, the whole journey is about 870 kilometers, and it is estimated that 10 and a half hours. It will be a little tired to run like this. On the way through Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, you might as well rest there for one night, or you can play there for two days and then transfer to Zhangjiajie.

Day 1: Chengdu-Lichuan City (about 560 kilometers, estimated to take 6.5 hours. Some snacks in Lichuan are quite good)

The next day: visit Lichuan-Enshi Grand Canyon-Daughter City (try Gege and Bean Skin in Lichuan for breakfast, visit the Grand Canyon and stay in Daughter City).

Day 3: Enshi-Zhangjiajie (If you are interested in Tusi City in the morning, you can also go sightseeing. If you don't go, you can go to Tianmen Mountain after Zhangjiajie and stagger the queue peak. Recommended attractions: Tianmen Mountain cableway, Tianmen Cave, glass plank road)

Fourth and fifth days: A tour in the depths of Zhangjiajie National Forest (it is recommended to enter from the Forest Park or Wulingyuan ticket station, not from Yang Jiajie and Tianzishan ticket stations). Shili Gallery and Luantiaopo must be on foot. If you don't live in the mountains at night, you will go down and live near Wulingyuan.

Day 6: One-day tour of Huanglong Cave in the Grand Canyon (the only scenic spot in the Grand Canyon is the glass bridge, so you need to book tickets in advance).

Day 7: Zhangjiajie-Chengdu
