Four-day and Three-night Travel Guide to Xiamen

Day 1: Arrive in Xiamen by plane from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport. It's already evening, and I'm staying in a three-star hotel in Siming District, Xiamen.

The next day: Nanputuo Temple-Xiajinhai Canyon-Gulangyu Island

Nanputuo Temple in Xiamen went to Nanputuo Temple in the morning. Nanputuo Temple is a free temple with beautiful scenery, just like Jiangnan Garden. The temple is magnificent and full of Minnan architectural style.

Nantuo Temple is adjacent to Xiamen University. You can shoot the Jiageng main building of Xiamen University in the temple. This temple is well worth visiting.

Xiajin Strait Then, we took a cruise to watch the scenery on both sides of Lujiang River. I saw rows of tall buildings, covered with green hills opposite Gulangyu Island, and I had a panoramic view of the island.

The famous scenic spots in Gulangyu Island are: Sunlight Rock, Guzhuang Garden, Hao Yue Garden, Yuyuan Garden, Beach, etc.

Gulangyu's pie is very distinctive, crispy and delicious. This is a famous specialty.

We shuttled through the streets and saw all kinds of Chinese and foreign buildings.

On Gulangyu beach, there is a rock more than two meters high with a cave in the middle. This is very strange. Whenever the tide is high, the waves hit the rocks, which sounds like drums. People call it Gulangyu Island.

At about six o'clock in the evening, we left Gulangyu by cruise ship. At this time, Xiamen Island on the other side is already brightly lit.

Dinner in the restaurant next to the hotel ordered four dishes, goo goo meat, lettuce, braised mandarin fish, vegetable patties, 1 *** 138 yuan.

Day 3: Zengcuo _ Village —— the cloister of Jimei Xue Village —— the old courtyard

Zengcuo _ Village Beach In the morning, we came to Zengcuo _ Village Beach. Although it is winter, I don't feel cold, but I feel cool. The beaches here are not famous and there are not many tourists. It is peaceful and quiet.

Zengcuo _ village fishing village Zengcuo _ village is located in the southeast of Xiamen Island. My friend said that if you come to Xiamen, you must go to this place. It used to be a small fishing village, but now it is a popular tourist attraction.

Zengcuo _ Village has a food street, all kinds of Minnan snack bars and all kinds of delicious food. There are ancestral temples, temples, churches and other religious buildings in the fishing village, and there is a strong Minnan architectural style, all of which are beautiful.

The seafood we had for lunch was 35 yuan per capita. When eating, the waiter brought a big pot with all kinds of seafood in it, arranged neatly.

There are steamed scallops with garlic vermicelli, sea shrimp, swimming crab, sea fish, fish balls, egg dumplings and so on. It needs to be heated for a few minutes when eating. It comes with several other side dishes and soups.

In the afternoon, we came to Jimei School Village and visited Chen Jiageng's former residence-the Home Returning Hall. Free admission. This Minnan-style single-story building, with white stone walls and green tile roofs, is very beautiful.

The whole Home Returning Hall is surrounded by a courtyard with a "Hui" shape, and the exhibition hall of Teacher Ping's deeds is on both sides.

Before returning to the hall, the garden was lush with green plants and bamboo leaves, which were very distinctive.

Laoyuanzi then went to Laoyuanzi, Xiamen, and visited Laoyuanzi Folk Culture Park, a 4A national scenic spot.

Zhongshan Road In the evening, we went to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street in Xiamen. At night, Zhongshan Road is full of colorful tall buildings. Zhongshan Road is one of the busiest commercial streets in Xiamen. When you come to Xiamen, Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street is also a must-punch place.

For dinner, we walked into a small restaurant near Zhongshan Road with the words "Satay Noodles" written at the door, ordered a ginger duck, and several home-cooked dishes, all of which were 40 yuan.

Ginger duck is a specialty of Xiamen, a casserole, a muscovy duck, a layer of sesame oil and a pile of ginger slices. Although it looks simple, the entrance smells like duck. Duck meat is very special and delicious.

Day 4: Xiamen University-Huandao South Road

Xiamen University In Xiamen University, we visited Furong Tunnel, Furong Lake, Siyuan Valley and Shangxianchang, and had lunch on the third floor of Furong canteen at noon.

The beautiful Furong Lake is like a bright pearl; Quiet Siyuan Valley, just like fairyland, is also called Lover Valley; Furong Tunnel is the most literary tunnel in China. The winding fields are students' favorite places to stay.

In addition, there are Chen Jiageng Memorial Hall, Lu Xun Memorial Hall, Jiannan Great Hall and Qunxian Building. I can see that. There is also Baicheng Beach in Xiamen University, with beautiful scenery. Walking on the beach is very enjoyable.

In the afternoon, along Huandao South Road, I visited Music Square, One Country, Two Systems Beach, Mazu Tempel and other scenic spots. Also through the cross-harbour tunnel, came to Dada Island.

Qiu Yan likes Xiamen Huandao South Road very much. The highway around the island built by the sea is very beautiful and highly recommended! There are green grass on both sides of the road, flowers and palm trees are tall and straight, and the rich southern customs are intoxicating.

The sea is endless, and herons fly happily on the sea. Beaches, islands and reefs, fishing boats, flowers and palm trees form a colorful picture of the island. Xiamen Island Road under the blue sky and white clouds is really beautiful.
