Su Shi, a poet in the Song Dynasty, once said, "It is a pity not to visit Tiger Hill in Suzhou." It is said that there are 18 kinds of flower window styles in the whole garden, with varied patterns and exquisite structures, which are typical of Suzhou garden flower windows.

Canglang Pavilion is carved with the words "Canglang Pavilion" in calligraphy by Yu Yue, a master of park studies in Qing Dynasty, at the highest place in the fake Shandong. The architectural style is simple, and the structural form is very harmonious with the whole garden atmosphere. On the stone pillars on both sides, there is a pair of stone couplets: "The breeze and bright moon are priceless, and there are feelings near the water and distant mountains."
