Historic sites in Boli Town
Before the Jin Dynasty, Xinyang was a salt field in southern Shandong, which was called Xinyang Field. During the Jin Dynasty, the Southern Song Dynasty, which was in the south of the Yangtze River, constantly harassed the north from the sea. In order to strengthen the defense, in the 29th year of Jin Shizong Dading (1 180), three towns were set up in Jiaoxi and Zhucheng respectively, "all of which can be used for guarding affairs". Xinyang is not only a saltworks, but also one of the three coastal towns. There is a member of the town government in charge of military and political affairs. In the Yuan Dynasty, this place was still a salt field, belonging to Jumisi, one of the eight salt ambassadors in Jiaolai. Xinyang Field Inspection Department was also set up to prevent the Japanese pirates, with one salt envoy and one inspection department. In the Ming Dynasty, Xinyang Town Inspection Department was still set up (once stationed in Boli Town), and the number of salt was increased to one positive and one negative.
In the early Qing dynasty, Xinyang also set up a salt envoy and inspection department. In the 11th year of Daoguang (183 1), Xinyang Salt Affairs Ambassador was revoked, placed in Taoluo Farm, and the inspection department of Xinyang Farm was revoked. This place is still called Xinyang field, which belongs to Xinyang practice. It is one of the three towns (Puqing, Xinyang and Caoqiao) in Zhucheng County. Located 2.5 kilometers northwest of Boli Town, at the southern foot of Tashan Mountain, 28 kilometers away from the seat of Huangdao District Government (formerly Jiaonan City).
During the confrontation between Jin and the Southern Song Dynasty, the southeast coast of Shandong was often attacked by the navy of the Southern Song Dynasty. During the Yuan and Ming Dynasties, Caoqiao Town could not be found in the history books. Due to many migrations, the exact location of the former site of Caoqiao Town remains to be verified. The dominant wind direction throughout the year is southeast wind in summer, north wind in winter, cool in late spring and autumn, not hot in summer and not too cold in winter. Boli Town enjoys convenient transportation and outstanding location advantages. National Highway 204 runs through the town station, and expressway, which is under construction, has an entrance and exit in the town. Qingdao Binhai Traffic Avenue under planning and construction runs through the south of Zhenzhan, 3.5 kilometers away from Zhenzhan. At the southernmost tip of the town, there is a branch line with a length of 12.6 km, which is connected with Qingdao Binhai Traffic Avenue to form a circular traffic network. The town is located 30 kilometers east of Huangdao District, 45 kilometers away from Qingdao Qianwan Port and Rizhao Port respectively, and it only takes 70 minutes to get to Qingdao International Airport by car. Boli Town is the seat of kurama County, the predecessor of Jiaonan City. The terrain here is relatively flat, the water is abundant, the soil is fertile, the sea is surrounded on both sides, and the coastline is 40 kilometers long. Qin Shihuang boarded Guanmu Island, a bathing place in Langya Taiwan, three times, which is located at12km southwest of the county seat. Dongjiakou, which is very suitable for the construction of large-scale steel projects, is located on the southernmost coast of the town, surrounded by the sea on both sides, and the tourism branch line around the sea passes through the territory. Qingdao Binhai Jiaotong Avenue is 8.5 kilometers to the north, and it is 2 kilometers away from Zhenzhan/KLOC-0. The whole dongjiakou area is dominated by semi-hills and semi-plains, with relatively flat terrain.
Boli Town has a developed industrial economy, and has formed more than a dozen industrial systems, such as casting, textile machinery, automobile manufacturing, pesticides, rubber, building materials, plastics, construction, printing and flax. The town has 30,000 mu of vegetables and 20,000 mu of high-quality fruits, forming a number of high-efficiency industrial zones and industrial belts with their own characteristics. The sea area is 6,543.8+10,000 mu (6,543.8+7,000 mu for shrimp ponds, 30,000 mu for tidal flats and 60,000 mu for shallow water aquaculture), and the marine fishery economy is developing rapidly, making it an advanced town in Qingdao. The tertiary industry is developed. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, there were many firms and businessmen. Bolidaji, the largest farmer's market in Jiaonan, covers an area of 100 mu, and the timber wholesale market and fruit wholesale market cover an area of 150 mu respectively. The annual transaction volume of the three markets exceeds 50 million yuan. Boli Industrial and Trade Park is located on the west side of the town, adjacent to the entrance and exit of expressway on the third line. It is one of the Lingang Industrial Processing Zones determined by Jiaonan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, with a total planned area of 20 square kilometers. There are commercial, production and living areas in the park. The land use certificate and construction procedures are complete. The 1 square kilometer starting area, which was mainly developed in 2003, has now achieved "four links and one leveling" and complete infrastructure. More than 10 Chinese and foreign enterprises have settled in, among which Boli Xinjia Industry and Trade City with a total investment of 50 million yuan has completed the first phase of the project with a building area of 8,000 square meters such as product trading hall and office space. Boli Town has developed education, with more than 5000 primary and secondary school students/kloc-0 and 900 teaching and administrative staff. All kinds of education have developed in a coordinated way, and the overall level of running schools and the quality of education are relatively high. Jiaonan No.2 Middle School is a national standardized school with excellent teaching conditions and well-known education quality. Jiaonan Second People's Hospital, with advanced detection and monitoring equipment, can accurately and timely diagnose and treat various diseases; Cultural radio and television are prosperous, with complete facilities, and people's cultural life is rich and colorful.
Boli Town aims to build an ecological key town combining industry and trade, and strives to rebuild a new Boli along both sides of National Highway 204 in 3-5 years on the north side of Qingdao Binhai Jiaotong Avenue and east of the "Tongsan Line" exit.
