Where is the Lingfo Cave of Xing 'an Century Glacier?

Century Glacier Lingfo Cave, also known as Lingfo Cave and Century Glacier Cave, is located at the Combshop section of Yan Guan Town, Xing 'an, a first-class highway in Huang Gui, 50 kilometers south of Guilin City (1 hour drive), and only 4 kilometers north of Xing 'an County (6 minutes drive from Lemandi). Covering an area of 300 mu, it integrates geological survey, cave exploration, underground river rafting, glacier science popularization, pastoral scenery and forest camping.

The century glacier "Lingfo Cave" is famous for its grotesque caves, beautiful rocks and magnificent landscapes, and has the reputation of "the first water cave in the world and a natural wonder that amazes the world". In addition, there are some unique tourism projects initiated in China, such as Oracle bone impression art, cave culture exploration, and international forest of steles exhibition. Due to the crustal changes hundreds of millions of years ago, the area where the scenic spot is located has formed a typical karst landform. In recent years, through people's hard work and wisdom, the natural landscape created by nature has been developed and utilized for the benefit of mankind. Lingfo Cave is divided into two layers, the upper layer is the land tour line and the lower layer is the underground river. There are more than ten scenic spots on the land, such as the Dragon Palace under the sea, Glacier World, Snow Lotus in Tianshan Mountain, Nine Days in the Milky Way, flowing water in the mountains, Millennium Ginkgo biloba, Zodiac, Maitreya and so on. Cruise ships cross the winding underground river, as if they were in the belly of the earth. We will listen to the dripping sound of the cave wall for a while, touch the cool rock wall for a while, paddle our hands into the underground river for a while, sing loudly for a while and enjoy the beautiful scenery on the rock wall for a while. According to the investigation of geological experts in Guilin, the underground river of Lingfo Cave in Century Glacier was called "undercurrent" by the ancients. From Guanshan Village Committee of Xing 'an Town, it flows into Lingqu (called "Linghe" by local farmers) through more than ten stone peaks, with a total length of about 4 kilometers. Due to the vicissitudes of life, the underground river flickered after the crustal uplift and fracture. Therefore, it is a tributary of Linglang, and Lingfo Cave is only a part of this tributary underground river.

The underground river meanders, with a total length of about 1500m. The winding river is deep and quiet, winding all the way. Some places are like rivers, others like lakes, and some places have waterfalls flowing down. The stalactites in the cave hang low. Under the guidance of the tour guide, tourists sometimes bend over, sometimes lie face down, and sometimes have to hold the stone wall with their hands. Only one boat can pass through the narrowest part of the underground river, while the wide part is dark and long, which seems out of reach in the misty fog. Stalactites on the stone walls of underground rivers are very rich, with three steps and one scene, and five steps and one skill. * * There are more than 20 natural or cultural landscapes, such as Maitreya, pearls, turtles, beauty dressing, Kunpeng spreading her wings, underground Amazon jungle and so on. Under the illumination of the light, the scenic spots in the cave emerge in an endless stream, with myriad postures and unpredictable. Visitors can look up at the beautiful scenery and bow their heads to play with water, which makes people feel like they have crossed the underground time and space and are in the colorful underwater Dragon Palace, all of which are amazing. What a wonderful underground river of nature! Lingfo Cave is warm in winter and cool in summer, with fresh air and clear water quality. The electric boat swam slowly in the dark river, and a cool breeze came head-on, and the harshness and sweat outside the cave suddenly vanished. This underground river is worthy of natural air conditioning. According to the villagers who work in the cave, the underground river is 2-3 meters deep, and a large number of wild catfish, carp and pond horn fish are growing. During the period of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, villagers nearby once hid in caves. Therefore, the underground river is a "life-saving river". Lingfo Cave has attracted many tourists from all over the country, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, as well as foreign guests from Japan, the United States and other countries for its tourism characteristics of karst scientific research and underground river exploration.
