The relevant historical materials are summarized as follows for reference.
Traditionally, the villages around the ancient temple have been handed down from generation to generation. It is said that the history of the ancient temple can be traced back to the Shang Dynasty, and it was originally named "Qingniu Cave". The main hall was built in the Tang Dynasty, and the incense has been very prosperous. In August and September, 2005, when the engineering team excavated the foundation of Daxiong Hall, 89 stone pillars were dug up successively. Experts examined its shape, concluded that it was an object of the Tang Dynasty, and speculated that the reason why the stone pillar was broken and buried deep in the soil was caused by the earthquake. Judging from the size of the stone pillars, the ancient temples in the Tang Dynasty were quite large.
A written history. In the early Ming Dynasty, Zhang Rishen and Tang founded an ancient temple. At that time, the ancient temple was called "Nanyan" and "Qingniu Cave".
