Balihe Village in Yunnan is so dangerous that even the special forces have to write their last words before they dare to enter. Why?

Our motherland is vast, but there is such a place that ordinary people dare not enter easily. It can even be said that China’s special forces will not enter without receiving orders. And this village is Balihe Village in Yunnan, China. If the special forces want to enter here, they have to write a suicide note in advance. Why can't they enter this village? Is there any special reason?

In fact, this existence has another name: Mine Village. At present, it is not possible to confirm whether there are landmines on every piece of land in this village. Although after the reform and opening up, Chinese soldiers have carried out many demining operations here, and some local people have also taken the initiative to help the army demining, the security risks here still exist.

This existence was originally called Balihe Village, but for historical reasons, we all call it Landmine Village. There is a sign outside Balihe Village that reads "Mined Area Ahead, No Entry". During the self-defense counterattack against Vietnam, China and Vietnam laid many landmines on their borders. According to incomplete statistics, China has laid dozens of different types of landmines in border areas, with the number as high as 1 million.

This is a relatively rare minefield in the world. Even special forces may not be able to come out alive if they enter. There were originally 200 villagers in Balihe Village, and more than 100 of them were killed in the bombing. Either their legs were blown off or their hands were missing. Many people's lives were ruined in this way.

But the villagers here are still continuing to clear mines. They say they want to leave a safe land for the next generation of children to live on. It's not easy for the people living here. I think we should praise their ideals.
