Xinzhai township tourist attractions

Du Fu Lake is located in Xinzhai Township, east longitude106 22 ′ 3, north latitude 26 7 ′ 30, altitude 1440m, and it is 8 km away from the county seat/kloc-0. Formerly known as Mengkeng Reservoir, it was named Dufu Lake because of the dense azaleas on both sides. It is a tourist attraction that Changshun began to develop at present.

Du Fu Lake is 7 kilometers long, with an area of 880,000 square meters, a water depth of 15 to 30 meters, a storage capacity of 1 3.39 million cubic meters, and the widest water surface of1km. Tree-shaped distribution, the lake bend is leafy, deep and quiet, surrounded by gentle hills around the lake, and the mountains are densely covered with various azaleas, bayberry, pine trees and maple forests. In spring, white, red, purple, pink and other azaleas on both sides of the lake are in full bloom. After the azaleas faded, azalea bloomed again, competing with chestnut trees and maple leaves, and red and green matched each other. Summer is here, and the plum blossom fruit of Populus manshanensis is full of attractive and coveted fruits. Boating in the lake, looking up and watching, eyes shining, blue waves rippling, green trees reflecting, full of interest. Landing from the boat, climbing over the faint winding path, singing birds and flowers, cool breeze blowing gently, full of wild interest, as if you were in a paradise.

Excellent ecology and pleasant climate are one of the characteristics of Du Fu Lake. The vegetation in the scenic spot is over 90%, and the annual average temperature is about 15℃. It is such a special environment that animals such as pangolin, golden rooster, bamboo tumor and otter can be preserved and multiplied even if plants such as kiwi fruit, crane bird, gastrodia elata, Eucommia ulmoides, yam and honeysuckle are bred in the scenic spot.

Dufu Lake has mountains, holes in the mountains and springs in the holes. The integration of mountains, water, springs, forests, flowers, caves, birds and animals is another feature of Dufu Lake. There are several caves in the scenic spot * *, among which Phoenix Cave, about 6 kilometers away from the lake, is the most famous. The cave is 3 kilometers long, and the landscape in the cave is beautiful and colorful, among which the dripping jade slate and phoenix stone are the most peculiar.

The quaint folk customs and unique ethnic customs have added rich content to the Dujuan Lake Scenic Area. The famous Yangdiaoyan Garden has always been a place for tourists. Every garden season, men and women of all ethnic groups, especially young people, gather here from all directions to sing folk songs, throw flower bags and choose friends to whistle. This is a special occasion.

It is 48 square kilometers in vertical and horizontal direction, and the forest with towering trees and lush foliage closely surrounds the cuckoo lake. Birds singing in the forest is magical and magnificent, adding infinite scenery to Dujuan Lake.

On Xiaoshishan Mountain, 2 kilometers away from the lake, there is the Tomb of Shan Minglun compiled by the Hanlin Academy in the 23rd year of Jiaqing in Qing Dynasty (18 18). The inscriptions are all in good order, which are masterpieces of calligraphy and important cultural landscapes in the scenic spot.

On the shores of Du Fu Lake, there is the scene of "Tam Flower Sea", which is called "Du Fu Garden" because of its wide variety of azaleas. Someone once said that it is a great pity that we can't reach the Tam Flower Sea in Du Fu Lake. This shows its status, and the "Pearl Spring" and "Yan Ni Shi Bi" rising every three minutes are also very attractive.
