This water conservancy project in Dujiangyan was done by Li Bing thousands of years ago. I feel shocked that it can still work normally.

There must be a guide to listen to them explain how to divert flood, discharge sand and so on. There are many tour guides in the scenic spot. I suggest you bring a tour guide. Every scenic spot will have a tour guide saying, haha!

It's cheaper to buy tickets on Taobao. It's admirable to see that the ancients were able to make such a project with the wisdom of two or three thousand years ago!

Dujiangyan is a world cultural heritage, and has been rated as AAAAAA-class tourist attraction by the state. (Bian Xiao's personal experience about how to identify whether various complicated tourist attractions in China are really worth visiting is that, except AAAAA-level tourist attractions, which are worthy of the name and worth spending precious time, others are well-known or unknown, no matter how many travel notes and raiders are recommended. Facts have proved that this selection criterion is relatively accurate. At least several AAAA scenic spots that Bian Xiao has visited have a sense of being unworthy of the name. Not to mention those scenic spots that don't even have AAAA. But again, I will regret it if I go, and I will regret it if I don't go.

Dujiangyan is located in the west of Dujiangyan City, Chengdu, by the Minjiang River. On the other side of Minjiang River is another AAAAA world cultural heritage-Leshan, which is also one of the places that Bian Xiao will visit this time. Dujiangyan is divided into three important blocks: fish mouth, flying sand weir and bottle mouth, which have been playing the role of flood control and irrigation for more than 2000 years.

The half-day tour of Dujiangyan is basically like this. Starting from the South Bridge, passing through Lidui Park, going to Sha Fei Weir to see the treasure bottle mouth on the opposite side, then going to Jingangdi, all the way to Yu Zui, and then returning to Anlan Suoqiao, passing through Suoqiao to Qinyan Building, you can see the whole picture of Dujiangyan (treasure bottle mouth, Sha Fei Weir, Yu Zui), which is very suitable for panoramic photography. Come out of Qinyan Building and walk to Erwang Temple.

Finally, all the way back to the South Bridge, ending the half-day tour.

Tips: The length of Jingang Dike is not long on the map, but it is quite long after a walk. There will be battery cars (similar to golf carts) at both ends of the Jingang levee, and the round-trip cost seems to be 10 RMB, especially for those who are unwilling to walk in the scorching sun.

However, it is recommended by Bian Xiao personally that you can choose to take the left side of Jingang levee in the direction of fish mouth, which takes about 15 minutes. Due to the sunshine angle in the morning, there is almost no direct sunlight on the left side of the sidewalk, and it is covered by high green plants on the Jingang levee. The somatosensory temperature is naturally a little lower, which is very relaxing and free.

Climbing the stairs all the way to Qinyan Building is tiring, but it's still worth it.

If physical strength is available, Bian Xiao still suggests trying to climb Qin Yan.

Dujiangyan has a good panoramic view, especially Yuzui, Anlansuo Bridge and the whole Jingang levee.
