Hotels that have not been rated as stars shall not use the title of stars for business activities. ? Chapter iv rights and obligations of tourists? Twentieth the legitimate rights and interests of tourists are protected by law, and no unit or individual may infringe upon them. ? Twenty-second tourists have the right to know the real situation of tourism services, and have the right to ask tour operators to truthfully provide the content, grade and cost of services.
