Personal profile of host Gao Bo
Gao Bo, born on April 5, 1979 in Baotou, Inner Mongolia, is a male host in Mainland China.
Gao Bo, male, mainland program host. In 1998, he embarked on the road of hosting. He sat in the CCTV studio in his sophomore year. After graduation, he worked as an on-location host on the "Travel Vane" program for two and a half years, and finally entered the "Tonight" that everyone is familiar with. Gao Bo’s wife, Lian Wei, is an alumnus of Gao Bo’s. She graduated from Beijing Broadcasting Institute in 2002 with a major in broadcasting and hosting arts, and in 2005 from Communication University of China with a major in linguistics and applied linguistics, studying radio and television language. In 2006, he served as a judge for the special program "Family Mobilization" on CCTV's financial channel; in March of the same year, he co-hosted the "Happy Dictionary" host selection program "Charming New Partner" with Ouyang Xiadan. In March 2007, she presided over the first CCTV Cup Female Employee Style Contest organized by CCTV; in December of the same year, she served as a guest in the CCTV Olympic special program "Who Will Host the Beijing Olympics".
