People who travel to China from countries that are not navigable to China can apply to German embassies and consulates for green code transfer with the green code issued by China embassies and consulates in that country. The above-mentioned passengers who come to Germany for transit by car, train or plane shall be regarded as a transit. They must apply for a "green code" from the German Embassy and Consulate in the country 48 hours before departure, and then re-check with the German Embassy and Consulate in China 48 hours before departure and apply for a "green code" for transit.
