What are the procedures for Thailand to return to China?
At present, the global COVID-19 epidemic is still very severe, and the risk of cross-infection in international travel is high. The best measures for personal protection are "non-essential, non-emergency, and no travel". If it is really necessary for you to go to China, please fully assess the epidemic risk and travel expenses, and be familiar with the provisions of nucleic acid detection and serum antibody IgM detection before flying. In order to avoid the risk of cross infection during the journey, the German Embassy and Consulate in Germany reminded residents living in China to take direct flights to China.
Since 20021(inclusive), embassies and consulates in China has made the following adjustments to the examination and issuance rules of green health codes and green two-dimensional codes (hereinafter referred to as "green codes") for foreign travelers to Central China:
A, nucleic acid detection requirements:
1. The nucleic acid detection method must be PCR detection, and TMA detection method is not accepted;
2. The collection method is throat swab or nasopharyngeal swab.
Second, the antibody detection requirements:
1. Complete venous blood collection;
2. The inspection report must indicate COVID-19 IgM antibody, venous blood (venous blood) and inspection methods. The nucleic acid test report and serum antibody test report should clearly indicate the patient's name, the name and address of the doctor or testing institution, the test items, sampling time, sampling method and testing method.
Three. Requirements for uploading materials:
1. My passport information page;
2. Air ticket travel itinerary;
3. A valid Chinese visa or foreigner's residence permit (foreigner);
4. German visa/residence permit/address registration certificate (China citizens and non-German foreigners;
5. Double negative test report within two days before the departure of German direct flight to China;
6. If you have been vaccinated, please upload the vaccination certificate (the vaccination certificate must include name, gender, date of birth, vaccine brand, date of first dose vaccination, date of second dose vaccination, injection place, signature of doctor or medical institution and contact information.
Four, transit passengers to apply for green code matters needing attention:
1. People who go to China from countries that have direct flights with China should take direct flights. China's embassy or consulate in the country of origin will not issue a green code for its transit through a third country. The embassies and consulates in Germany also do not issue green codes to the above-mentioned people who transit Germany;
Those who live in Germany should fly directly to China. The embassy or consulate in Germany will not issue green codes to passengers from Germany who transit through China in a third country.
3. People who travel to China from countries that are not navigable to China can apply to German embassies and consulates for green code transfer with the green code issued by China embassies and consulates in that country. The above-mentioned passengers who come to Germany for transit by car, train or plane shall be regarded as a transit. They must apply for a "green code" from the German Embassy and Consulate in the country 48 hours before departure, and then re-check with the German Embassy and Consulate in China 48 hours before departure and apply for a "green code" for transit. When applying for a transit "green code" to the embassy or consulate in Germany, the originating "green code" must be uploaded at the same time;
4. In principle, the embassies and consulates in Germany only issue "green codes" to passengers transiting Germany to China. If the passenger has crossed the border more than once before coming to Germany, the embassy or consulate in Germany will not issue a "green code" for transit. If the tourist's country of origin does not have the conditions
1. From March 2nd (including that day), the automatic review and issuance of "green code" by the system will be cancelled. Those who go to the border checkpoint of Frankfurt Airport in China must upload the above materials, and then the Consulate General in Frankfurt will conduct manual review to decide whether to issue a green code.
2. After the previous infected person has recovered (the previous infection refers to the positive detection of nucleic acid, IgM antibody and IgG antibody caused by non-vaccine), regardless of whether he has been vaccinated, he must contact the embassy or consulate in Germany at least three weeks before going to China to consult the detection process for returning to China. Generally speaking, people who have been infected before must:
(1 Perform CT or X-ray examination of the lung and issue a doctor's examination report;
(2) After entering the lung CT or X-ray, perform nucleic acid detection twice with an interval of at least 24 hours;
(3) Send the above two results to the relevant German embassies and consulates for review according to the receiving areas. After passing the examination, it shall be isolated by itself for 14 days, and a written statement shall be provided to prove when and where to isolate itself;
(4) After isolation 14 days, double detection of nucleic acid and antibody IgM was carried out before boarding the plane according to regulations;
(5) Upload CT or X-ray reports, negative results of two nucleic acid tests, isolation statements, negative results of double tests and other materials, and apply for health codes.
3. Employees of Chinese-funded enterprises in China must consult relevant German embassies and consulates about applying for green code three weeks in advance.
4. Nucleic acid testing and IgM antibody testing can be carried out in different testing institutions, but the two testing institutions must be in the consular area of the same embassy or consulate, otherwise the application will not be submitted.
5. Please upload the double negative certificate to the "international epidemic prevention and health standards" applet as soon as possible for the embassy and consulate to review. The embassy or consulate in Germany will process your application in time, and weekends and holidays will not affect the review.
6. Please fill in all the items truthfully. The legal consequences caused by non-compliance with the above-mentioned relevant regulations and fraudulent application materials shall be borne by the passengers themselves.
Note: If previous notices, frequently asked questions and precautions are inconsistent with this notice, this notice shall prevail.
