Yes, I have had the unpleasant experience of the physical value not matching the price. I once went to a restaurant called "Yiming Restaurant".

This is a restaurant famous for its noodles, soups and other Chinese meals. At that time, I went to the restaurant with the purpose of eating a "braised beef noodles", which is its signature dish. However, when I finished the dish, I found that its physical value did not match the price. Obviously I paid a lot of money but didn't get the value it deserved.

Therefore, I decided to discuss with the boss at that time and ask them to pay corresponding money according to the value. I first asked the boss why they charged me less than what they should have charged, and I learned that it was because customers often asked them for a reduction.

I said that we should not pay for other people's mistakes. As long as we pay the average price, we should get the average value.

Afterwards, I made my request to the boss, asking for a discount or a partial refund of the cost to make up for the discrepancy between value and price. Under the boss's reluctance, we finally reached a settlement. The boss reduced my portion of the dish by half and asked me to pay a smaller amount.

Looking back on this experience, I feel very proud of myself for achieving this victory. The unpleasant experience of the discrepancy between the physical value and the price brought me a lot of trouble, but I insisted on standing on my own side and resolutely demanded that the boss provide due conciliation measures. If I give up, my boss may also arbitrarily charge me a high price to make up for lost profits.

These experiences made me realize that when consuming, we should actively protect our rights and interests, instead of allowing merchants to charge us high prices.
