3. Huang Jing Lao Lin

brief introduction

Huangjing Laolin Scenic Area is the last virgin land on the line of 28 north latitude, located in the north of Gulin County, belonging to Chishui River Basin in the transition zone from Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau to Sichuan Basin, with an area of 433 square kilometers and an average elevation of 1.300 meters. It is a typical Danxia landform area of Zhongshan Canyon in Cretaceous red sandstone, and the only well-preserved subtropical virgin evergreen broad-leaved forest area at the same latitude (28℃ north latitude).

5. Longnao Bridge, Lu Xian County

Longnao Bridge, Lu Xian County, is located on the Jiuqu River in Datianchang, northwest of Lu Xian County, also known as borneol stone. Built in the Ming Dynasty, it is a stone bridge with peculiar layout and magnificent shape. The bridge is 54 meters long and 4.5 meters high, with 12 piers and 13 holes. On the eight piers in the middle of the bridge, there is a large stone carving art group composed of two unicorns, a lion, an elephant and four dragons, with different forms and great momentum. "After six hundred years of ups and downs, Longnao Bridge's Qingsha stone carvings are a little red. In the sunset in Zhao Hui, they always look like bronze; Pastoral areas on both sides of Jiuqu River are as fresh and smooth as celadon for most of the year. Longnao Bridge, built in the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty, is 54 meters long and has 14 piers. 7. Bell and Drum Tower

brief introduction

Luzhou Bell and Drum Tower is located in the north of Luzhou City. It is about 20 meters high and has a four-story brick structure. There are five minarets on the roof, with a square bottom and a side length of about 6.45 meters. In the 16th year of Jiajing in Ming Dynasty (1537), Xue Jia, a soldier from Luzhou, presided over the construction, which was mainly used for telling time and giving an alarm. During the period of 1927, Xiheng, the local taxation bureau, bought four large self-timer clocks from Siemens, Germany, which were installed on the four sides of the top floor. The hands turned at the same time and automatically told the time, and the sound spread to the outer suburbs.
