In September 2019, we participated in a group tour of five countries in Eastern Europe. We were ready in August and flew from Kunming to Beijing on September 10. After arriving at the hotel, the girl on the phone came. She was a very lively lady. The lady smiled brightly and told us to eat first and then go back to the hotel to rest. She said that they had already launched the second plan and would let us wait first. We had no choice but to wait. Four group members kept complaining that if they lost their passports, they would have no way to replace their records of having visited dozens of countries! Teacher Mo from Hengyang told me that her two passports (new and old) were handed over to the travel agency at the same time. It would be too troublesome if they were lost! Really, everyone is worried! It was almost 6pm. We left the hotel and went out to have something to eat in preparation for going home the next day. We had no other ideas.

At about 8 o'clock in the evening, the lady happily informed us that the passport was finally found, and asked us to go to the airport and prepare to take the flight to Vienna at about 12 o'clock in the evening, and then take a bus for more than 2 days. After waiting at the airport for several hours, we got on the plane smoothly. After more than nine hours of flight, we landed at Vienna Airport. When we left the airport, we saw a car that came to pick us up. The driver was a young man from Northeast China. On the way to Budapest, we looked at the scenery outside the window and listened to him talk about his local experiences, which made us forget the troubles about the passport incident. We arrived in Budapest at 12 noon local time, met up with those who had arrived earlier and checked into the hotel smoothly.
