Its predecessor was Neijiang District Grain Class Cadre School. In 2003, it was renamed Neijiang Vocational and Technical College.

Chengdu Textile College, referred to as Chengdu Textile College, is located in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. It is organized by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government and directly under the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education.
