I have climbed both of these mountains.

Huashan Mountain is dangerous and relatively high. A 7-year-old child may have some difficulties, but last time I did see some very small babies on the top of the mountain, very powerful ... If children can't eat, I strongly recommend climbing Huashan Mountain, which is much more interesting than Cuihua Mountain. It's a little unreasonable not to go to Xi 'an to climb Huashan Mountain, hehe.

Cuihua Mountain is relatively less dangerous. It may take two days to go to the ranch. On the first day, I stayed in a hotel halfway up the mountain for one night. I went to the grassland the next day, so the time was relaxed and suitable for the whole family to play.
