Shrike, there is no such country.

The Republic of Palau (Palau: Beluu er a Belau) is an island country in the Pacific Ocean. It became independent from the United States on October 1, 1994. The pillar industries are fishing and tourism, the main religious beliefs are Christianity and the ancient Modekngei sect, 70% of the population are local indigenous people, and the rest of the population are mainly Filipinos. The country's economy relies heavily on U.S. aid, and its per capita national income is twice that of the Philippines and Micronesian countries. Palau's tourism market is leaning toward attracting more tourists from East Asia and hopes foreign investment will build better infrastructure.
