My opinion on data and document classification_011
1.1. Format: A unified format, as a perfectionist, this is naturally the most important point. For example, if there is a space after "1." in the folder "1. Company", then all folders should be like this. For example, in "Xu Guanjie - A Laugh from the Sea", if there are spaces before and after "-", then all songs should be like this, and the songs are not enclosed with """. Of course, other songs are not There should be.
1.2. Serial number: Adding a serial number in front of the folder to control the sorting of the folder is the simplest and clearest method. If the subfolder is not needed, you can leave it alone. But it is recommended to add the serial number. It’s up to you to decide which project comes first and which one comes last.
1.3. Number of words: Under folders of the same level, the number of words in the folder names should be the same, which is the best way to achieve a coordinated appearance. I have seen people deliberately use orderly different word counts to achieve the desired effect, which is also an option.
1.4. Principle:
1.4.1. Use your own customary classification method to classify, otherwise some things will be really hard to find in the future. Specifically, if your book collection is classified into "read", "unread", "to be read", and "currently reading", don't divide it into "prose", "novel", "poetry" and the like.
1.4.2. Every project has its own focus. You have to sort it yourself and make your own regulations. For example, if you classify a picture of a bird perched on a flower as "animal" or "plant" or "landscape" or something else, you should still have your own focus. To be more specific, for example, if I like plants the most, followed by landscapes, and then animals, then when I classify them, I will put them directly in the plant category. For this procedure, you might as well create a file and write it down. Next time you encounter a similar problem, just follow it. Take another example of Liezi Chendong's novel "Perfect World", which can be divided into "novel" or "Chendong" or "online novel" or others. I personally create folders by author, so there is no doubt that I put them in the "Chen Dong" folder. Another example is Zhu Ziqing's prose "Moonlight over the Lotus Pond". Due to the short nature of poetry and prose, I put it in the folder "Collection/Prose/Zhu Ziqing".
1.4.3. Don’t have too many things in each folder. If there are more, continue to subdivide. For example, if you have twenty customers, there is no problem in placing them in one folder, but if you have a hundred or more customers, then subdivide them further. The segmentation method can be region, year, importance, or customer nature. Generally speaking, in my habit, if the subdivision is for folders, then about 10 is better. If the subdivision is for files, less than 50 is better. Of course, you have to control this amount yourself.
For many people, address books don’t need to be categorized. But this classification method always exists, right? My classification should have enough reference value for an office worker:
2.1.1. Company /* This is a colleague of the current company. If it needs to be subdivided, it should include various departments. Of course, I recommend segmentation.
2.1.2. Customers /* This part is the information of the previous company. If there are many homes, you can consider subdividing them.
2.1.3. Supply /* Suppliers, I only include mold suppliers. Stationery, computers and the like are placed in "General Affairs".
2.1.4. Outsourcing //* For outsourced processing, it is better to outsource it.
2.1.5. General Affairs /* The General Affairs folder has the same nature as General Affairs and is very complicated. Broken down, procurement, outsourcing, logistics, personnel... it depends on the beholder. But for me, I have relatively few contacts, so it doesn’t need to be too complicated.
2.1.6. Personal /* It’s finally the turn of the “Personal” folder. It’s also simple, friends, relatives, colleagues, classmates. With just four items, it is estimated that most people cannot escape this classification. As for some things that feel difficult to classify, or are not listed here, put them in the next folder.
2.1.7. Life /* A well-designed folder. Many people will feel enlightened when they see this folder. The items inside are divided into: consumption, housing, travel, and institutions (variations of food, clothing, housing, and transportation).
2.1.7.1. Under consumption, there are catering, shopping, after-sales...;
2.1.7.2. Under housing, there are decoration and furniture (furniture is not placed under "Consumption" ), water and electricity, property (if renting, you can have an intermediary, landlord)...;
2.1.7.3. Under travel, there are scenic spots, transportation, cars (4S stores, car repairs, etc. collection), car purchases ( Also not placed under "consumption")...;
2.1.7.4. Under institutions, it is subdivided into insurance, schools, hospitals, banks, governments... Use it as a reference, it should be a very good classification method.
2.1.9. Information /* A strange folder.
The content inside includes photos of business cards, screenshots of addresses, some photos of connections... and so on. What is the purpose...it can be regarded as a kind of backup.
What I record in this personal folder is of course private. Personal things are really diverse. But it's not difficult to find the context.
2.2.1. Photo album /* There is no doubt that this photo album must exist. But I have my own way of classifying the albums.
2.2.1.1. History /* A folder classified by the date of taking photos. The following classification is "Year (Format: 2016)", the next level is "Month (Format: 201601)", and the next level is "Date (Format: 20160101. City-Place)". Don’t think this classification is too cumbersome. As time goes by and there are more things, the natural effects will come out.
2.2.1.2. Selection /* It has been said that it is a "selection". Naturally, it is a folder where you copy some photos that you think are good or have other purposes. As for how to subdivide it, it depends on the individual's purpose. Isn't it?
2.2.1.3. Impression /* The reason why it is named "Impression" is because I have previously produced several photo books and some LOMO photos at NetEase Impressionism. Then, the meaning of this folder lies in "processing". If you want to make a desktop wallpaper, make a mobile phone wallpaper, make a poem and painting, make a photo book, photo wall... OK, just put it here.
2.2.1.4. Insights /* In fact, the things here are somewhat similar to the things in "Process". By the way, the "process" is not all photos of people. Aren't you able to take photos of landscapes, animals, and plants? But what I placed may be some delicious food I made one day, or I wrote a picture one day... Or, I saw an ant on the ground...
2.2.2 . Life/* For individuals, life is of course indispensable. Specifically, I divided it into several items similar to the address book:
2.2.2.1. Travel/* and then divided into two items:
2.2.2.1.1. Travel/* For fun Records are not travel notes, such as travel plans, planned travel routes, tickets, etc.
2.2.2.1.2. Driving /* I have backed up all the files and information on the car purchase, as well as fueling records, accident records and the like.
2.2.2.2. Shopping /* Mainly just some shopping vouchers.
2.2.2.3. Health //* Physical examination reports, medical records, exercise records (such as running screenshots, etc.)... and so on.
2.2.2.4. Residence /* House purchase records, house decoration, renting... to name a few.
2.2.2.5. Food /* How many things can you think of when it comes to food?
2.2.3. Collection /* Well, it would be more appropriate to name it information, but that’s what I want to name it.
2.2.3.1. Personal information /* This is a very important folder. Put your ID number here, but don’t put your ID card here too. Let me tell you a secret - my QQ avatar and other real and fake avatars are all here.
2.2.3.2. Network information /* There are really a lot of things about the Internet.
2.2.3.2.1. Favorite URLs /* I don’t know if you have the habit of collecting URLs, but some URLs still need to be collected.
2.2.3.2.2. Registration information /* Various forums, various software, various mailboxes... How many websites does a person have to visit to be considered an Internet user? Please figure it out yourself for the passwords involved here. Several methods are recommended: 1. Save in clear code, you know it; 2. Save in garbled code, for example, your password is asdfg12345, and you save it as 12345asdfg. You decide how to mess with it; 3. Save the first few characters, such as password asdfg12345, you save as asd. The purpose is to remind myself, and there is really no need to remember too much detail. No one can guarantee that they will always remember these passwords, so proper storage is necessary; no one can guarantee that these passwords will not be obtained by others, so simple encryption is also necessary. Of course, if you're afraid that you won't be able to decrypt your password, tell me first, _ .
2.2.4. Graffiti /* This is specially designed by me as a person who likes to write something occasionally. Of course, so do you.
2.2.5. Study /* OK, study. Various study plans, study notes, and even reading plans and reading notes, come together.
2.2.6. Family /* Well, this folder will contain his/her relevant information. What to put specifically...I don't know.
2.3.1. Literature /* The classification of literature is a big deal, but fortunately, many websites have classifications for reference. My classification is as follows:
2.3.1.1. Chinese
2.3.1.1.1. Collection (prose, poetry, short stories, enlightenment...)
2.3 .1.1.2. China (classical: Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing..., modern: create folders by names, network: create folders by names)
2.3.1.1.3. Foreign countries (classified by country)< /p>
2.3.1.2. Foreign languages ??(categorized by language, I mainly use English and Japanese)
2.3.1.3. Peripheral/* By the way, this is also a personal characteristic folder. Placed, for example, some CGs of characters in Chen Dong's novel "The World of Immortality", such as the comic book of "Journey to the West"...
2.3.2. Science/* In fact, it should be basic science (mathematics, physics and chemistry) ) and applied science, but everyone’s habits are different, so I unified them. Below are "Computers", "Mechanical", "Biology", etc. Don't ask me where the others went, I don't know - I don't have information on those things.
2.3.3. Home Economics /* Originally this was in "Applied Science", but who said I compiled this information. As for why it is in such an order - I didn't add the serial number in front.
Flowers, birds, fish and insects, driving knowledge, health care
Living environment, cooking and diet, life tips
Purchase of goods, childcare knowledge
2.3.4. Education/* Mathematics, physics, chemistry, physical education, personal cultivation, software training, English, Chinese knowledge... I believe many people have various answers.
2.3.5. Entertainment /* Entertainment, games and art are all leisure things.
2.3.5.1. Games/* There are three types of games: electronic games (mobile phones, computers, game consoles), indoor games (chess and cards, Rubik's cube, origami), and outdoor games (seesaw, etc., estimated Not many people have collected information).
2.3.5.2. Tourism/* General outline of tourism (travel equipment, precautions...), classified tourism (ancient towns, rapeseed flowers, beaches, waterfalls...), scenic spots guide (Suzhou: Humble Administrator's Garden, Canglang Pavilion...).
2.3.5.3. Art/* Painting, calligraphy, photography, music, movies (Okay, I admit it would be more appropriate if this thing had a society, customs, etc., but what I want is complexity simplicity in).
2.3.5.4. Humor /* You read that right. I think humor (jokes, videos, comics) is good in this casual category. What do you think?
2.3.6. Material Category /* Here, there are some icons, slogans, pictures, and wallpapers collected online. Material means material.
2.3.7. Important Events /* Speaking of which, this folder is still very much of a daily life application. Usually when I talk to people about certain things that I have seen and heard, I always go to Du Niang (such as the Bhopal accident and the melamine incident). I couldn't help but find it troublesome, so I created this folder. It also contains some news and trivia.
That’s all for now, the V01 version should not be a perfect solution.
In fact, the details above are what I imagined, and there are still some differences in specific applications.
0. Default /* All unclassified or unclassified data are placed in this folder.
1. Company /* For me, the company’s information is still the most important, so it ranks first.
2. Connections /* It is actually an address book, but it is just to meet the word count mentioned in 1.3.
3. Personal /* This folder contains completely personal information and data, which is completely private.
4. Materials /* Various materials, but excluding the literary part (because there are too many literary parts).
5. Literature /* This alone is entirely a personal need.
9. Templates /* I have listed various templates separately for personal needs.
