Since the first month of this year, all travel companies have basically closed down. Some travel companies opened their doors in the first month, some opened late, and some simply took a long vacation. What about the salary? Most employees get 80% of the local minimum wage. It is reported that this situation will last for two months, and most travel companies will temporarily close down. Most employees of travel agencies are trying their best to change careers, and some of them have successfully changed careers to other industries.

Local protection policy will be the last straw to crush tourism enterprises.

To change this situation, we must first pray that the epidemic abroad will be quickly contained, thus eliminating people's panic. Second, the government should formulate reasonable policies to enhance the confidence of the tourism industry and save it.

First, generally speaking, the present situation of tourism is rather chaotic. Different travel agencies have great differences in pricing the same tourism product or the same tourism route. Especially online and offline, different apps can have different prices. Different tourists in the same tour group may have different prices. Therefore, tourists still have to take a look at these different tour groups before going out, which makes it more difficult for tourists to join the group.

Secondly, in the tourism industry, too much bundled consumption reduces the tourist experience. Although the country has introduced various strict measures to prohibit bundling consumption, there will still be news that tour guides force tourists to spend. No spending, no going out, no spending. There is still a lot of negative news. Many tourists have more and more negative feelings about travel agencies, which also leads to the negative existence of the tour guide and travel agency industry in front of many people. This is why more and more people choose to travel independently instead of joining a group.

Third, China's tourism industry is not clear about the salary income of tour guides, mainly based on kickbacks. In this way, the tour guide will pay more attention to sales promotion and other business, rather than the tourist experience. If tourists have a fixed basic salary, they win. Don't try to collect kickbacks. This is also a big problem for tourism in China and the United States. For example, I used to be a tour guide in a travel agency, but later I didn't. I can't get the basic salary. I want to take tourists to tourist attractions and specialty stores to get kickbacks, which can be counted as my own salary. In fact, tourists are unhappy when the tour guide takes them to the store like this, and some tour guides are unhappy. I don't want to reduce the travel experience. If you have a basic salary, you win. Don't do this now. But there is no way to change this situation in China for the time being. travel

Fourth, the current supervision of tourism is still insufficient. For example, there are still many tour guides in many scenic spots without tour guide qualification certificates. Although there are many control methods, it is still difficult to implement. After all, most of the scenic spots are remote and have local power.
