According to Article 24 of the Measures for the Implementation of the Management of Tour Guides, if the deduction reaches 10 at one time, it will not pass the annual review. If the accumulated penalty points reach 10, the annual review will be suspended. Deduct 8 points at a time and report to the whole industry. Deduct 6 points at a time, and give a warning and criticism. Those who have been suspended from passing the annual review can only be re-employed after training and rectification. According to the provisions of Article 25 of the Measures for the Implementation of the Management of Tour Guides, tour guides must participate in the annual inspection training organized by the local tourism administrative departments. Training time should be arranged flexibly according to the needs of tour guide business. The annual cumulative training time shall not be less than 56 hours.
