Friends who come to Lijiang should take an umbrella when they go out. The weather is cold, and the temperature is generally around 16 degrees. They should take some coats in case they catch a cold. The temperature difference between morning and evening is quite big. You'd better wear a coat and trousers. You can wear a pair of waterproof and non-slip shoes, which won't get wet or slip easily. When the sun comes out, the temperature is generally around 23 degrees, not very hot, but the ultraviolet rays are strong. Ladies should bring sunscreen, sun hat and sun umbrella. Lijiang has a dry climate, so you should bring lip balm and skin care products to prevent dry and cracked skin.

Shangri-La

Day 9: Old Town of Lijiang, Xionggu observation deck, the water of the Three Rivers, overlooking the First Bay of the Yangtze River, hiking Tiger Leaping Gorge, Xiaozhongdian Grassland, Shangri-La Ancient City, and Dreamy Shambhala;
