Characteristics of Xinjiang jujube

The characteristics of Xinjiang jujube are as follows:

1. Appearance: Xinjiang jujube is purple in appearance, with thick meat and small core, which looks very fleshy.

2. Hand feeling: Xinjiang jujube is naturally hung dry on the tree, and the meat is fine and elastic. It is not easy to pinch the jujube stone when it is squeezed with a little force, and the jujube fruit will bounce quickly after being loosened.

3. Taste: Xinjiang has long sunshine time and large temperature difference between day and night. During the day, jujube photosynthesis accumulates a lot of sugar, and the temperature is low at night, so the jujube itself consumes little, the sugar is effectively preserved, and the jujube fruit is sweet and slightly fragrant.
