According to the present situation of towns in Puyang River area of Xiaoshan, combined with the urban spatial structure and grade planning, the functions of towns are divided as follows. ?

(1) Linpu Group?

Including Linpu Town, Joy Town and Daicun Town, with a planned area of 163.8 square kilometers. According to the requirements of urban agglomeration construction with complementary functions and mutual support, we should innovate the management system, realize the overall planning and integrated infrastructure construction of urban agglomeration, effectively integrate all kinds of resources, realize intensive development, and strive to build Linpu Group into an "economic center, commercial center, residential center and regional service center" in Puyang River area. The key starting blocks of Linpu Group are "puyang river New Town" and "Yunshi Eco-tourism Resort". ?

-Puyang River New Town, consisting of Linpu, Joy and Daicun towns (excluding marble tablets), with a planned area of 133.6 square kilometers, will be built into an urban, ecological and comprehensive city with distinctive features and perfect functions, integrating headquarters business, financial information, scientific and educational research and development, high-end commerce, modern logistics, human settlement and leisure. ?

-Yunshi Eco-tourism Resort, consisting of the original Yunshi Township, with a planned area of 30.2 square kilometers, is planned to be built into an eco-tourism leisure base and a 5A-level scenic spot integrating sightseeing, entertainment, mountain vacation, cultural experience and fitness. ?

(2) Evolutionary region?

Including Evolutionary Town, Suoqian Town and Puyang Town, with a planned area of 175.7 square kilometers. Evolutionary Town, Suoqian Town and Puyang Town each rely on their own ecological resources and historical and cultural advantages. In the mountain confrontation, relying on the spatial agglomeration of existing industries and population, through the construction of human settlements, the development of high-grade real estate, the creation of tourism products and the introduction of the tertiary industry, a "strong tourism town" and a "boutique" with mountains and rivers as the background, leisure tourism as the theme, high-end clusters and interactive integration of modern agriculture and modern service industries will be gradually formed. The key starting block of the evolution area is "Qinghuashan Scenic Area". ?

-Qinghuashan Scenic Area, with a planned area of 40 square kilometers, is planned to become an international tourist resort integrating sightseeing, leisure, recuperation, shopping, office, hotel, food, film and television and performing arts.
