The coastal tourism romantic line around the East China Sea has the functions of tourism, leisure, fitness and hosting large-scale sports events. It is constructed in three phases, starting from Jimei Bridge and ending in Liuwudian area, with a total length of about 53.3 kilometers. Among them, the first phase of Jimei Bridge in the East China Sea to Tongan Guanxunxi has been opened to the public; The second phase of the project starts from Guanxun River in Tongan, detours along Xixiwan District to Xiatan Weiwan District, and finally reaches the south bridge head of Torch Bridge, which has been completed at present. The third phase of the project extends southward from the south bridge head of Torch Bridge along Qiongtou Village, Dongkeng Bay and Xiahoubin to Liuwudian Convention and Exhibition Center and to the characteristic town of Aotou.
