Binyang County is a county under the jurisdiction of Nanning, Guangxi, China, 70 kilometers away from Nanning, the capital of Guangxi. Binyang has been a place where merchants gather since ancient times, and it is a famous "century-old commercial port" in central and southern Guangxi. Binyang County has two rare twin towns in Guangxi, Binzhou Town and Litang Town, which are 30 kilometers apart and are the dual-core engines of Binyang's economic development. Among them, Binzhou Town, where the county government is resident, is one of the four ancient towns in Guangxi, with a history of more than 2 100 years. It is the political, economic, cultural and educational center of Binyang County. Litang Town is an important industrial town, an important railway transportation hub and a national key town in Guangxi. It is the transportation, industry and logistics center of Binyang. Nan-Guang High-speed Railway, Nan-Liu Passenger Dedicated Line, Gui Xiang Line and Lizhan Line pass through Litang Town, and Binyang Station and Putie Litang Station are set up. The location advantage is unique. Binyang County is the largest county in the Beibu Gulf planned by Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, and Litang Town is the largest non-county town in Guangxi. By 2020, Binzhou Town has a total population of 400,000, with a planned area of 50 square kilometers, and Litang Town has a total population of 250,000, with a planned area of 30 square kilometers.
