Lingxiao Pavilion is located on Mount Victoria (also known as Victoria Peak) in the Peak District of Hong Kong Island. The seven-story, modern Lingxiao Pavilion was completed in May 1997, replacing the old building "Old Lining Pavilion" that was opened in 1972 and demolished in 1993.

Lingxiao Pavilion was built by British architect Teguo. Designed by Terry Farrell, it has a very unique bowl shape and is a comprehensive building integrating sightseeing, entertainment and shopping.

When tourists travel to Hong Kong, the Peak Pavilion on the Peak is one of the popular tourist spots. Here you can enjoy the scenery on both sides of Victoria Harbor. It has a unique flavor no matter what time or weather it is. The ground floor of Ling Xiao Pavilion is the Peak Tram Terminus. Since 1888, the Peak Tram has taken passengers to and from the peak and foot of the mountain every day. Passengers can enjoy the view of Victoria Harbor while riding the cable car. The whole journey is divided into five stations, each station has signage and listed altitudes. Each cable car can carry up to 120 passengers at a time, and it only takes 7 minutes to climb to the 373-meter-high summit station.

The Peak Tower has rich entertainment facilities. It is equipped with a motor train with a maximum of 90 seats, which allows passengers to experience the development process of Hong Kong. The entire process is operated by computers, with animated images and other special effects added. The super dynamic theater is themed on a spaceship, and audiences can sit on the movable seats to experience the realistic effects of virtual reality. In addition, there is Asia's first Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in London, which is divided into 7 different themes, including "Movie World", "Sports Stars", "Wax Figure Workshop", "Celebrity Party", "Hall of Greatness", and "Horror House" " and "Music Supreme", displaying hundreds of lifelike wax figures of famous Chinese and foreign celebrities and local celebrities. Lingxiao Pavilion also has dining venues and various shops, where tourists can enjoy sightseeing, entertainment and shopping.
