Tourist guide card processing flow:

1. First of all, you must take the tour guide exam. After passing the exam, you will get a tour guide qualification certificate, which is different from a tour guide certificate. Getting a tour guide qualification certificate is only the first step to become a tour guide. 3. You can go to the Tourism Training Center for tour guide training. Those who pass the training are allowed to participate in group practice. You can also apply for a temporary tour guide card, which refers to a tour guide card that a travel agency applies to the tourism administrative department of the people's government of a province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government for a person who has the language ability of a specific language and has not obtained a tour guide qualification certificate, but needs to temporarily hire him to engage in tour guide activities.

Tour guides and tour leaders who ask tourists for tips in violation of the provisions of this law shall be ordered by the tourism authorities to return them and be fined between 1,000 yuan and 10,000 yuan; If the circumstances are serious, the tour guide card shall be suspended or revoked.

Article 103

Tour guides and tour leaders whose tour guide licenses have been revoked in violation of the provisions of this Law, as well as the relevant managers of travel agencies who have been punished for revoking their travel agency business licenses, shall not reapply for tour guide licenses or engage in travel agency business if it is less than three years since the date of punishment.

Article 108

For tour operators and their employees who violate the provisions of this law, the tourism authorities and relevant departments shall record them in the credit files and announce them to the public.
