In accordance with the provisions of Article 39 of the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", it is now decided to open the Qinghai Lake Tourist Highway (former G109 line around the lake section) from Daotang River to Heima River, east and west around the lake Road, Qiajiang Highway implements traffic control.

1. Control period: April 28 to October 10, 2019.

2. Controlled road sections: Qinghai Lake Tourist Highway (original G109 line around the lake) section from Daotang River to Heima River; East and West Road around the lake, Qiajiang Highway.

3. Controlled vehicles: large trucks, hazardous chemical transport vehicles, engineering machinery vehicles, agricultural machinery vehicles, electric vehicles (including various types of scooters), entertainment and competitive vehicles.

IV. Control measures: During the control period, all types of controlled vehicles are strictly prohibited from entering the managed road section, and all vehicles must enter the ***Cha Expressway through the Daotanghe and Dashuiqiao toll stations.

The Hainan Prefecture Public Security and Traffic Management Department will increase investigation and control efforts through electronic monitoring equipment and road patrols, and deal with vehicle drivers who violate regulations in accordance with the law.
