1. Residents of Caidian District (based on the address confirmed on the ID card).

2. Residents of Zhuankou, Chuanyang, and Junshan Streets in Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone (based on the list of household registration personnel provided by the relevant police stations of the above three streets, and verified with ID cards).

3. 4. Non-Caidian citizens who are deputies to the People’s Congress and members of the CPPCC in Caidian District, non-Caidian citizens who work in government agencies and institutions in Caidian District, and non-Caidian citizens who have joined Caidian District’s new rural social pension insurance shall serve as Non-Caidian citizens who are the legal representatives of enterprises within the jurisdiction of Caidian (the relevant competent authorities must write a letter to explain and provide basic personal information, and can enter the park with their ID cards for verification).

1. The Caidian Smart Tourism Card is limited to the first ticket to the scenic spot, and does not include other self-paid items such as tour guides, ropeways, transportation and entertainment activities in the scenic spot.
