Tourism Resources in Dapo Township

Baizhushan virgin forest at the junction of Dapo Township and Baishou Town in Guilin has great tourism value and is a paradise for outdoor adventure travelers. Baizhushan virgin forest is about 20 kilometers away from the township government, with strange peaks and rocks in different forms. Animals such as bears, langurs and civets live in the forest. There are five most famous treasures in Baizhu Mountain:

A treasure is Watching Snow in the Bamboo Sea. There are about 2 kilometers of bamboo forests growing on the mountainside, just like a green belt. In spring, bamboo shoots come out of the ground, which is amazing; Summer, green and green, is fascinating to be in it; In autumn, bamboo leaves are lush, which makes people feel relaxed and happy; In winter, branches are covered with heavy snow, and bamboo turns 180 degrees, as if bowing to tourists. The whole bamboo forest is wrapped in silver, which is particularly enchanting and can be called a spectacle.

The second treasure is "Gu Song welcomes guests". On the cliff 200 meters away from the main peak, more than 200 grotesque five-needle pines lined up, showing their heroic spirit to welcome tourists from afar.

The three treasures are "wind-swinging stones", and their stones are located on cliffs. No matter how people push, they just shake and don't fall. So far, no one can explain its mystery.

Four Treasures of the Study is the "giant salamander". Giant salamander (also known as Shidun) is rich in the ditch, and its sound is like a child crying.

Five treasures are "double lion bowling". On the left of the main peak are two lion peaks, one large and one small, and there is a small flower platform between the two peaks, just like colored hydrangea. Looking from a distance in the north, two masters competed for hydrangea. In addition, the terrain between the two peaks is flat and covered with platycodon grandiflorum. The autumn platycodon grandiflorum is full of blue flowers, and two lions seem to swim in the sea of flowers.
