Cullen temple 1

Located in the middle of Kulun Town, Kulun Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Cullen is an ancient city founded in17th century. There are three spectacular temples in the city: Xingyuan Temple, Fuyuan Temple and Xiangjiao Temple. It is a religious "holy land" advocated by Mongols.

2. Cullen Banner Religious Museum

It was built in 1993. In 2009, a new museum was invested in the new area of Kulun Town, with an area of 1 10,000 square meters and a construction area of10.2 million square meters. It consists of three parts: library, museum and exhibition center.

3. Shenlonggou

It is located at the west of Kulun Town 16 km, and at the southern edge of the deep desert belt in Taming Chagan (about 6~7 km). This ditch is famous far and near, with magical natural landscape and historical and cultural connotation, and it is unique among thousands of valleys in Hure Banner. Its main ditch is 2700 meters long and has six branch ditches.

4. Five-star tourist attractions

Formerly known as Wuxing Reservoir and Xiaoqinggou, it is located 7 kilometers southeast of Kulun Town, and the resort is adjacent to Daqinggou, a national nature reserve in the east. In the north, it faces the "800 Caspian Sea" Taming Chagan Desert, and the Zhangwu Highway passes through it. Excellent geographical location and convenient transportation. The resort has lush vegetation and beautiful mountains and rivers, which is a scene of Jiangnan beyond the Great Wall.

5. Goddess Temple

Located in the south bank of the central river in Kulun Town, Kulun Banner, east of Kulun No.1 Middle School. According to records, the Lucky Goddess Temple was built by Zasada Panchen Dannomanhan Sibuzaruk, the third supervisor of Xiletukulun Banner, in the 12th year of Shunzhi in Qing Dynasty (A.D. 1655).

6. Taming Chagan Desert

The bright and undulating Taming Chagan Desert extends from the eastern part of Naiman Banner to Hure Banner and winds into the territory of Horqin Left-wing Houqi, which is called "800 Sea". Taming Chagan Desert, which runs east-west, is located at the southern edge of Tuodian District in the north of Kulun, with an altitude of 250-300 meters.
