What should I pay attention to when traveling to Vietnam in winter?

1. In southern Vietnam, you can wear light summer clothes during the day, and you can carry a thin coat to avoid air-conditioned rooms. The air conditioning in the car is too low to catch cold, and sometimes it is cold at night, so you need to wear an autumn coat; 2. When entering a formal occasion, do not wear slippers, shorts, skirts, sleeveless tops and other inappropriate clothes, please pay attention to carry them;

3. You need to wear long clothes and trousers when going to the jungle where there are many mosquitoes. Please bring them.

4. Shoes should be light and fit and suitable for walking. It is not advisable to wear newly bought shoes and high heels. Please carry razors and cosmetics according to your own needs.

5. Vietnamese hotels do not provide disposable towels and toothbrushes, so you need to bring them yourself;

6. Unlike China, Vietnamese sockets are German-style two-hole sockets. China plugs can't be used directly, and plug converters are needed. Hotels usually have them at the front desk, but the quantity is limited. It is recommended to buy German-standard plug converters in domestic large supermarkets or online electronic malls in advance.

7. RMB is not circulated in Vietnam, so it needs to be converted into US dollars before going abroad, and then converted into Vietnamese dong locally. Please call the customer service numbers of major banks to inquire about the exchange method. Please exchange it as soon as possible.
