Xinyang county, with a total area of 3382 square kilometers and 27 townships, is located in the westernmost part of Xinyang city.

There are many mountains in the northwest, west and south of this area. The main mountain ranges are Tongbai Mountain, Dabie Mountain and Funiu Mountain. The main peaks are Zushiding 8 12 meters, Tongren Mountain 847 meters, Wangsi Mountain 906 meters, Shaoding Mountain 595 meters, Jigong Mountain 744 meters and Cheyun Mountain 647 meters.

The main rivers are Huaihe River, Shihe River, Dongshuang River, Youhe River, Heming River and Sha Fei River.

Rich in minerals, mainly perlite and fluorite, and a small amount of resources such as coal and iron.

Mountains and rivers are widely distributed and have beautiful scenery. The main scenic spots are Jigongshan Scenic Area, Polden Scenic Area, Black Dragon Pool, Bailongtan Waterfall, Tang Hao and Xinji in beautiful countryside.

Now it is renamed Wuli Office, with beautiful rural Tang Hao and abundant perlite resources in the south.

As the resident of the county government, the famous scenic spots are Lei Zhen, Pingshan Tower and Lianghekou Wetland Park.

The Huaihe River flows from the north and east.

There is Hongshan Reservoir in the east, and now high-quality pomegranate varieties are introduced. There is a ginkgo tree in Hulou Primary School and two cypresses in Wengwan, Wei Zhuang.

Located at the junction of Xinyang City, Nanyang City and Zhumadian City, it is the only town in China with an airport, high-speed railway station and high-speed intersections. Once stationed in two divisions and one regiment, it has always been the transportation and military center of Xinyang City, with rich products and outstanding people. There are beautiful new villages and collections here, as well as Gleditsia sinensis ruins. There is a big Toona sinensis tree in the south of zhang wan Village Primary School, which is more than 300 years old.

As the center of the southeast town, it has developed rapidly, and there is a ginkgo tree next to Xiaoyang River.

Not far from crossing the river, there are ginkgo trees and Longling Lake scenic spots nearby.

It is the town center in the northwest of China and is famous for its rich fluorite. There are mountains and famous peaks in the northern part of the territory, including the main stone top of 8 12 meters, the small hill top of 595 meters, Dazhai Mountain, the ancient village site, Laoyahe Reservoir and Jianshan Reservoir.

The territory is mountainous, and there are two ancient ginkgo trees beside the courtyard. Famous scenic spots include Jigongshan Scenic Area, Polden Scenic Area and Wusheng Pass, one of the three famous passes in Yiyang.

It is the largest township in Xinyang County, with mountainous territory, located in the upper reaches of Nanwan Reservoir, with Pingjingguan in the southwest and Guoci in Guofan Village.

The Huaihe River flows north, the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway runs through the north and south, and there is Gugang Reservoir in the south.

There is Nanwan Reservoir in the west and two cypresses in the southeast of the market town.

The completed Chushandian Reservoir is the longest dam in Xinyang City, with a vast water surface and vast smoke waves. There is a famous Zhufo Temple on the south bank of the dam.

There is Nanwan Reservoir in the east, which is mountainous and rich in tea. In the name of Heilongtan and Bailongtan, there are famous scenic spots, such as Heilongtan, Bailongtan and Wangsi Mountain.

There is Laoyahe Reservoir in the northwest, and the Huaihe River flows westward.

There is Tang Wang Reservoir in the northwest, and there is a famous Chengyang city site in the territory. Now there is a Chengyang City Museum.
