But once you go abroad, it is difficult to return. It is difficult to buy air tickets to some countries, and there is also a long period of quarantine when returning to the country. This is a huge expense that most people cannot afford.

With the spread of vaccines and the issuance of vaccination certificates, feasible outbound travel may be possible as early as this summer. "Feasible" means that tourists can return home with proof of vaccination and be exempted from the need for quarantine, and at the same time the five-one policy is relaxed or cancelled.

My personal guess is that the country will not be fully opened at once. The most likely scenario is to open a section first and then consider the next steps based on the situation. Therefore, it is possible to first allow tourists from low-risk countries and tourists to low-risk countries to enter without quarantine through vaccination certificates.

The specific time may need to wait until other countries start. It is not even open in Japan, South Korea and Europe, so it is impossible for China to open it now. It should be opened after the above-mentioned countries open tourism.
