South Korea Application Form (Original)

Korean application form must be filled in Korean, English or Chinese;

Personal passport (original)

Passport intact, no damage and water stains;

Valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure;

Photo (original)

2 color photos in the last 6 months, please write your name on the back of the photos;

Specification: 35mmX45mm rectangle;

Identity card (original)

Original ID card, which is not available under 16, does not need to be provided;

Temporarily do not accept temporary id card;

There is at least 1 month validity after signing.

Household register (copy)

A copy of the applicant's entire household registration book, and a copy of the first page and my page of the collective account are required for the collective account. → See the template for details (copy in strict accordance with the template style);

If the household registration is lost, the local police station shall issue the original and photocopy of the household registration certificate.

Marriage certificate (copy)

If married, a copy of marriage certificate is required;

China Employment Certificate (original)

It must be printed on the company's regular stationery, signed by the leader and stamped with the company's official seal;

Copy of the business license or organization code certificate of the applicant's unit or company, and copy on A4 paper (stamped with the company's red official seal);

One of the business license and organization code certificate is enough.

Bank card statement (original)

Statement of salary card or savings card with transaction records in the last six months under the parents' names (stamped with the red official seal of the bank);

It is best to use the word "salary" or the income of a fixed period of time every month.

The last transaction date is within 30 days before the delivery date;

Balance: 1, 000 yuan or more. The longer the travel time, the higher the balance, which can cover the expenses of this trip. If the balance is insufficient, and there is no record of large deposit and withdrawal before, multiple bank card certificates can be provided, and it is not recommended to deposit the last large amount.

Asset certificate (original)

Optional information can be provided according to the individual's actual situation, and the more you provide, the better it is for signing the contract.

Temporary residence permit and residence permit (copy)

If the household registration is in Guangdong, Guangxi, Shandong and Hainan, please provide a temporary residence permit or residence permit.

Explanatory document (original)

If the visa is refused by any country, please provide a visa refusal statement, which can be a letter from the embassy or a statement written by the applicant himself.
