Yangtze River Delta will push "one card"

On March 1 1 day, the joint meeting of 202 1 Yangtze River Delta Cultural Tourism Alliance was held in Taizhou, Zhejiang. At the meeting, it was proposed to promote the mutual recognition and interoperability of social security cards (including electronic social security cards, the same below) in the field of cultural tourism in the Yangtze River Delta region, so that people can enjoy the cultural experience and tourism services in the Yangtze River Delta region with one card in hand.

With the deepening of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta, in May of 20 19, the cultural and tourism departments of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui cooperated to establish the Yangtze River Delta Cultural and Tourism Alliance. Zhejiang is the rotating province of 202 1 alliance.

At the meeting, Wang Jun, member of the party group and deputy director of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, deployed the special work of "one card" for residents in the Yangtze River Delta.

Wang Jun said that "one card" is to realize the identity authentication of social security cards in the Yangtze River Delta regional culture and tourism scenes.

He said that he will use the real person, real name and real card attributes of social security cards to promote the comprehensive application of social security cards in public libraries, museums and A-level scenic spots in the Yangtze River Delta region.

In short, it is to realize mutual recognition and intercommunication of social security cards in the field of cultural tourism in the Yangtze River Delta region and realize "treatment in the same city".

Zhejiang explores "one card" service in the Yangtze River Delta.

At present, Zhejiang Big Data Bureau has designed the overall framework of the Yangtze River Delta Card Management System, initially constructed the Yangtze River Delta Card Service Area based on "Li Zhe Office", and plans to launch a number of application scenarios such as transportation and cultural tourism in the area.

At the same time, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism has set up a unified booking platform for "Fun in Zhejiang", which has settled in 238 scenic spots above 4A level, 468 other scenic spots and museums (memorial halls) 190.

Wang Jun said that before the end of May, Zhejiang will complete the interconnection between the "Li Zhe Fun" platform and the "Li Zhe Office" in the Yangtze River Delta region, and realize the internal interconnection of electronic social security cards. It is expected that it will have the conditions for docking with the Yangtze River Delta before the end of August.

In order to promote this work, it was mentioned at the meeting that the Yangtze River Delta region can select "points" with good conditions and good foundation in libraries, museums and scenic spots, and take the lead in realizing the "one card" process and its application.

For public libraries, provincial and county-level museums and A-level tourist attractions that do not support social security card swiping verification, they can upgrade their business systems and self-service equipment with cards according to a unified technical solution, and support offline swiping into the park.
