Exhibition background:
In 2009, affected by the financial crisis and guided by the national policy of stimulating domestic demand, with the development of tourism in China, China residents' tourism has risen from the traditional group tour to a variety of new tourism modes, such as vacation, leisure, sightseeing, self-help tour, go on road trip, timeshare and self-occupied investment. At the same time, with the professional demand of China's real estate industry, tourism real estate, as a new model of real estate industry relying on tourist attractions as scarce resources, came into being under the market demand. China real estate developers began to focus on real estate development of various tourist attractions, such as Zhouzhuang, Taihu Lake, Xixi, Sanya, Dianshan Lake, Weihai, Zhoushan, Jinshan, Huangshan and Fengxian Bay. And develop villas and serviced apartments and sell them to wealthy people and high-end consumer groups who like to travel and vacation. Take Hainan real estate as an example. 80% of the buyers are mainly from Shanghai, Northeast China and Zhejiang. With the promotion of domestic demand and paid vacation system, as well as the promotion of the Golden Week to the tourism industry, the demand of the tourism industry for the development of hotels and tourism real estate is increasing. The development of tourism real estate not only solved the accommodation problem of tourist attractions, but also contributed to the local fiscal revenue and supporting projects of tourist attractions. In order to promote the industrial development of China tourist destinations, cooperate with the investment and rational development of China tourist destinations, and promote the communication between local governments and real estate developers, it is decided to hold the "2009 First China International Tourism, Holiday and Leisure Real Estate (Shanghai) Expo" in Shanghai from July 3/KLOC-0 to August 2, 2009.
The Organizing Committee of China International Tourism, Holiday and Leisure Real Estate Expo sincerely invites domestic and foreign tourism, holiday and leisure real estate developers, local governments and related industry associations, tourism and holiday real estate design institutes and landscape planning companies. This exhibition includes international pavilions, Hainan pavilions, Weihai pavilions, Huangshan pavilions, Hangzhou pavilions, Suzhou pavilions, Chongqing pavilions, Kunming pavilions, Zhoushan pavilions, Qingdao pavilions, Dianshan Lake pavilions and Jiaxing pavilions. * * * is really unprecedented.
