2. In provinces that have not implemented the pilot comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination, admissions will be made in accordance with the voluntary setting and admission principles of each province.

(1) For provinces that implement parallel volunteering, the application regulations of the relevant provinces will be implemented, and applications will be accepted according to the principle of "scores first, follow the volunteers". If there are not enough candidates to apply for volunteers for the first time, the candidate with the highest score will be accepted. To collect volunteer candidates for low-scoring admissions. For provinces that have not implemented parallel volunteering, admission will be based on the principle of “choices first, admission from high scores to low scores”. Candidates who applied for the first choice to the school will be admitted first. If there are not enough candidates for the first choice, then subsequent volunteer candidates will be admitted.

(2) The professional arrangements for candidates who apply for admission are determined according to the principle of “willingness first, admission from high scores to low scores”.
