What documents do I need to apply for traveling to Taiwan Province Province in Hangzhou, Zhejiang?

(1) Original and photocopy of household registration book and ID card;

② Two recent two-inch color photos with bareheaded white background;

(3) Fill in a complete application form for mainland residents to travel to and from Taiwan Province Province.

Other considerations:

I must personally bring the required materials to the window. /kloc-applicants under the age of 0/6 and over 70 may be represented by their immediate family members or other guardians, and the agent shall submit a copy of the power of attorney, ID card and my signature; State functionaries registered for the record shall be signed and sealed by the relevant units in accordance with the personnel management authority.

Hangzhou residents should entrust qualified mainland residents to go to Taiwan Province Tourism Travel Agency to go through the Entry Permit formalities for personal travel after handling the pass and personal travel endorsement. Tourists traveling to Taiwan must hold a pass, personal travel endorsement and personal travel entry permit before leaving the country.

Passports are valid for 5 years, and personal travel endorsements to Taiwan are valid for 6 months. Individual tourists from Chinese mainland to Taiwan will stay in Taiwan Province Province for no more than 15 days from the day after they enter Taiwan Province Province.
