The School of Management of Shanghai Hai University has departments of management science and engineering, business administration, accounting, information management, MBA center and management education and training. The School of Management has doctoral programs in management science and engineering, master programs in management science and engineering, master programs in business administration, and academic master programs in management science and engineering, enterprise management, accounting and tourism management. There are four full-time professional master's degrees in accounting, logistics management, project management and engineering management, as well as master's degrees in the fields of business administration (MBA), logistics engineering and project management, and a relatively comprehensive undergraduate management major. Master of Business Administration (MBA) of Shanghai University is a degree education program awarded by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee and Ministry of Education in 2004. The MBA Chinese program is an all-English expansion project undertaken by the School of Management. School of Management, Shanghai University, founded in 1983, is the earliest school of economic management in China, with the aim of knowledge innovation, teaching and educating people, and serving the society, and the development goal of building an international and research-oriented senior management school. At present, the college has a team of teachers with profound academic attainments and rich management experience, with more than 30 full-time teachers1person, including 2 professors1person and 44 associate professors. At present, the School of Management covers two first-class disciplines, namely management science and engineering and business administration, and has a multi-level education and research system of postdoctoral mobile stations, doctors, masters and undergraduates. There are departments of management science and engineering, business administration, accounting and information management. The Department of Management Science and Engineering is the oldest and richest department in the School of Management. Its predecessor was the Department of Management Engineering of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, which was established in 1983. 1990 received a master's degree in management science and engineering, a doctorate in management science and engineering in 2006, and a postdoctoral degree in management science and engineering on 201/kloc-0. At present, the department also has three full-time master's degree programs in logistics engineering, project management and engineering management, two master's degree programs in logistics engineering and project management, and two undergraduate majors in management science (financial system engineering) and engineering management.

The Department of Management Science and Engineering has a strong faculty. Academician Liu Yuanzhang and Dean You Jianxin, as leading figures in disciplines, invited Academician Liu Renhuai of China Academy of Engineering as part-time professor (Academician Liu Renhuai was the first dean of the college). At present, there are 38 full-time teachers, including professors 10 and associate professors 13. More than 90% teachers have doctoral degrees, and more than 50% teachers have experience of studying or visiting abroad. The main research fields include: management science, industrial engineering and quality management, innovation and knowledge management, financial engineering and risk management, engineering and project management, etc. Teachers in this department have undertaken a number of national natural science funds and provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, as well as a number of scientific research projects from enterprises. At the same time, more than 20 senior scholars at home and abroad are employed as part-time professors of this subject. The Department of Business Administration was formed by the merger of the former Department of Economy and Trade, the Department of Investment Management and the Department of Tourism Management. 1999. The Department of Business Administration has six institutes: Marketing Institute, Strategic Management Institute, Human Resource Management Institute, Logistics Management Institute, Intellectual Property and Knowledge Factory Institute and Tourism Management Institute. Four research centers: Shanghai University Modern Logistics Research Center, Shanghai University Human Resources Research Center, Shanghai University Crisis and Problem Management Research Center, and Shanghai University Tourism Planning and Development Research Center. The Accounting Department of School of Management is one of the earliest departments established in Shanghai University. There are 27 full-time teachers in the accounting department, including 3 professors, 6 associate professors and 0/9 teachers with doctoral degrees. The newly introduced teachers have obtained doctoral (postdoctoral) degrees from famous universities at home and abroad. The Department of Information Management is one of the earliest departments established in Shanghai University.
