How many days will you be detained if you are caught working in the black market with a Hong Kong travel permit?

According to section 2(1) of the Immigration Regulations (Cap. 115A) of the Laws of Hong Kong, permission to enter Hong Kong as a visitor is subject to the following conditions of stay:

The person must not accept paid or unpaid employment;

The person must not start or participate in any business; and the person must not attend a school, university or other educational institution.

According to Section 41 of the Immigration Ordinance (Chapter 115) of Hong Kong Laws, any person who violates the conditions of stay valid for him commits an offense and is liable upon conviction to a fine of up to HK$50,000 and Two years in prison. Employers can be fined up to NT$350,000 and imprisoned for 3 years.
